- Bass fishing on the Potomac River after the FLW Tour event, I catch a bass with a tag that says REWARD on it so Billy and Brandon think they are getting 1/3 of the prize. I caught a 3.50 during a tournament on Eufala. I caught it in end of April. So between May and July I would have got big money but it was like a week away.

Scott, no bullshit I had the exact same thing happen to me the other day, snapped my line right after the reel and I saw my braid swimming away, paddles over and grabbed the braid and it slipped right through my fingers. Love your channel and what you guys are doing for the sport.

I remember when I was about 13 my dad and I were bass fishing at night in Tennessee and he caught a walleye on a spinner bait that had a tag on it! Unforgettable moments! We were so excited! Him more than me, he acted like every fish was his first!

Fish with my wife today at Mclaren lake located north of Hesperia, MI. I am hot early. She puts a freaking rotten hot dog on her crank bait and proceeds to kick my butt ! A dang rotten weenie! Now I have to clean toilets for a month at the house! Is there a rule about using rotten hotdogs at bait? There has to be! We love the videos! We enjoy the ones when u fish with you children!! As a Caretaker at my Palmdale Fin & Feather Club, in CA, I got to see quite a few tags brought in to our Gatehouse, that came off of Rainbow Trout, over the years. Generally behind top dorsal fin. There are lots of Largemouth in the lake, but most of the members are after the planted trout, early in the year. About a week back a guy caught a 16 pounder, right off a dock where I was a couple of days before, you could see on fb. Drove over there yesterday to visit old friends at trap range, where I was Rangemaster for about fifteen years, also. Pretty warm around here the past couple of weeks, around 100! Hope to see you winning, next time around...

One summer i caught 4 tagged flounder in the lower Chesapeake bay. All of them were tagged in North Carolina. I ate them.
I got 4 tee shirts with pictures of flounder on them. Oh one was 9lbs i got a piece of paper from Va. Saying i caught an outstanding catch.

In Rodman I caught two bass about 8 years ago a few cast apart and both was tagged fish, one about 8lbs and one about 3lbs... the 8lber was a 500 dollar tag and the 3lber a 10 dollar tag... only tagged fish I ever caught and it was two within 10 casts of each other... made trhat months boat payment and a tank of fuel.
If you put your hook through your eye on the pole it can scratch it up and maybe cause your line to cut

I was fishing on Marion Lake here in Kansas several years ago and caught two tagged white bass on the same day, the only two white bass I caught that day. I turned the tags in to KDWP and they sent me five bucks each for them. At tax time, the two 1099 forms arrived, I had to claim the ten bucks on my income taxes! Had I know that, I would have given them to somebody else to have the extra paper hassle for ten bucks.

Film Brandon running the trolling motor. I'm new to the foot controlled motors and my first time out was pretty embarrassing. Didn't have the settings right. Didn't know about intermediate or other toggles. Thought full on or full off was it and left it at a speed of 2 or 3. Anything more and I was nearly throwing myself out of the boat or almost crashing it. lol. ... Instructions? We don't read no stinking instructions! haha Best lessons are sometimes learned the hard way.

dude I caught one a couple months ago and didn't know what it was haha. thought it was a piece of junk stuck in the fish. I had video of it and people told me I could have gotten $$$$$. lesson learned.

Hey was just watching the video and got to the part about your line breakage.
I have been trying the P Line Tactical up here in Washington state. That issue you have where it breaks maybe 30 feet down.... same issue for me on 4 spools. 12-17lb test all of them!!!

That's because p-line sucks. I had some and and almost every cast that shit was breaking off and ide lose the lure. Happened to other people I know too. Won't do P line anymore.
