I was there for this, in the 6th or 7th row, and it was stupendous. Clapton played 9 shows between January 25 and Feb 4. Originally only six were scheduled, I think. I was just arriving on the afternoon of the 3rd or 4th night when they announced three more concerts Feb 2-4. I was almost the first at the ticket window and bought 4 tickets for each performance with almost all the money I had, knowing my friends would pay me back to join me. What I remember most is the constant flow of rock superstars who sat in for one or more songs each night (George Harrison, Bill Wyman, Charlie Watts, Phil Collins, Mark Knopfler, among others.) Later that year, Dire Straits played Wembly, and Clapton showed up to play with them! Some of the best concerts I ever attended. Enjoy!
Gosh, what I missed!! Thank you 1000 times for uploading this gem!
