Very cool vintage karate here! Would you happen to know when this was filmed? It looks quite old but it can be hard to tell with black and white stuff sometimes.
You must have never felt a block from one of these guys. Their arms and legs are as hard as steel. MMA guys are good fighters, but they don't have the bone "hardness" of these old-timers.
