Basically anytime when you have your arm behind opponents neck.. Ezekiel is there.

Believe it or not, there's even an Ezekiel from turtle. The guys at ATOS have a video on it

Oh i believe. But i said turtle bottom is the only position where you cant attack ezekiel. From top turtle there is a many ezekiel variations.
