一品香（いっぴんしゃん）は富士見町落合にある20号沿いの台湾おふくろの味の店、こだわりの無着色小麦粉を使った自家製細ちぢれ麺が美味しいです。餃子も皮から作り、にんにく不使用で野菜たっぷりです。無農薬で野菜を育てています。
　郭公（かっこう）は北杜市小淵沢町にある家庭料理やアイスクリームの店。気まぐれランチはおかずがいろいろついています。テラス席から甲斐駒ヶ岳や庭が見えます。無農薬で野菜畑を育てています。
Ippinshang is Taiwanese mom-and-pop restaurant along Route 20 in Ochiai, Fujimimachi. The homemade thin, curly noodles made with our special uncolored wheat flour are delicious. The dumplings are also made from the skin, and are garlic-free and full of vegetables. The vegetables are grown without pesticides.
Kakko is a home-style restaurant and ice cream store in Kobuchizawacho, Hokuto City. The whimsical lunch comes with a variety of side dishes. You can see Mt. Kaikomagatake and the garden from the terrace. Thy grow vegetable garden without pesticides.
