This is seriously one of my favorite rides in all of Disney! Last time I was there my brother and I rode it 3 times in a row; never having any issue with motion sickness! After riding the orange side we went on the green side and it was very tame and kinda boring in comparison. Definitely a team orange side!

By far my favorite ride next to tower of terror!! I always go on orange but sadly I’m the only one in my family who can handle orange.

Orange is our favorite ride at EPCOT.

My husband loves the orange & never feels sick on it. I rode it once and felt nauseous for about 3 hours after... couldn’t even eat dinner. I’m “team Green” now!

I know, it depends how your stomach can handle it.

I love this ride! Orange for me! I can see where some might get sick but as long as I do exactly as instructed I’ve never had an issue

I love this ride. The original was the best, but they have toned the "intense side" down from the opening day version. But I still ride it at least 5 times in a row every time I'm in Epcot.

I rode Orange and loved it. However, both times that I rode it with someone else they experienced the after affects that you describe. It's funny because I'm the one that gets motion sick, but I was fine on it.

I love this ride!! If I go to the parks alone or with other adrenaline junkies, orange all the way! However, my boyfriend and family don't do intense, so I ride green with them. I feel like green is a totally different experience (especially since they changed the green team video in 2017 from a Mars mission to an Earth mission) that has beautiful "views" and is actually quite relaxing. I definitely love both teams!

Rode it once, ruined my day. Haven't even thought of riding it again 10 years later.

I know, but you could’ve done the green level.

If you’re uncomfortable in tight spaces you may want to stay away. Went on orange team and the closeness wasn’t too bad for me since it has a fan which blows air at you. That seems to help me.
The ride itself is an awesome experience. I was fine, but my wife was sick for a while afterwards and she usually does better on coasters than me. One good indication is the barf bags.

I am like you Chris. I rode it once when it first opened and I was queasy and nauseous. I rode the green side too and it’s not one of my favorites either.

I’m too scared for orange, so green all the way. I just like this attraction because it’s different and interactive.

I don't mind Mission:Space, although I've only tried green side and don't plan on trying orange. Definitely not a go-to, must-ride ride, but I will do it if others want to ride it.

I definitely never go for mission space, and even Orange/Mars feels like an extreme roller coaster.

I'm definitely gonna ride but will be on the green team. Although my 6 year old is 48" tall I'm afraid of the fact that I can't be right by her side will frighten her. We may skip this one

I choose Green IF I want to ride it, but even that can make me queasy, so I usually avoid it.

The orange side is unreal. I don’t see much of a future for this ride. It was horrible. The worst experience we had while there by far. Would never ride it again !!

When I was younger -I could handle centrifugal force rides, but still with all the hype about the ride, I'd still would have probably chosen Green. Orange sounds like a way to ruin your Disney Experience. They may get a future astronaut out of this, but I'm not certain this expense is warranted for an amusement park ride. Perhaps they over did it.

My thoughts exactly! Fits with the theming of science and exploration in the Epcot park, but ultimately, how many average everyday theme park guests want to endure actual centrifugal NASA-like space training?? My guess would be not many.

We rode this for the first time during our trip in 2018 and will probably skip it during our upcoming trip. The technology is interesting and the story behind it is cool but the ride itself is not necessarily entertaining and it seems devoid of any kind of Disney magic imo. The graphics on the monitor seemed a bit dated, like something from a last gen video game.

Please....NO, just no... I hate spinning rides and It totally ruined the rest of my day when I rode Mission Space, Orange. I didn't ride it again, but my kids rode it like 7 times.
