I've always admired how impressive your arms are, Jeff. Your overall physique and shredded-ness on stage is even more impressive, but still. It's remarkable how simple things can be. I couldn't imagine having tris like yours on one iso lift and compounds. Incredible. Might play around with pushdowns during my gainseason. Only tried horizontal and overhead extensions so far. Not forgetting, ultimately it comes down to time invested over years. Nice video, Jeff! It's good to see the dungeon again.

I had tendinitis really bad to the point where i couldn't do any pulling or pushing movements i had it for months, i recently brought a cheap "Tens Machine" off amazon about 6 weeks ago and right now i would never have thought i ever had a problem it's helped that much

13.5 inch arm at 23 y old and 165 lbs. I feel like a baby in comparison to him. Plus 242 lbs of DL is pretty weak. Any suggestion Mr. Alberts? My split is Mon [Legs+Delts] - Thu [Back+Biceps] - Fri [Chest+Tri] I usually start with a basic movement (Squat, Rack Pulls and Bench Press) with a 5x5. Daily caloric intake about 3000 splitted in 50% carbs, 30%protein and 20%fat.

@Team3DMJ - what is the mindset behind allowing your elbow to drift back during tricep pushdown (which involves the shoulder)? Not criticizing, looking to understand why you use that approach!

Hey Jeff I am mirin the arms hard!
On your push downs you didn't seem to have super strict form with keeping the elbows locked by your sides (not hating or anything just an observation), do you feel like its more important to go heavy with pushdowns and lose some form or is that form just fine? Obviously it works for you because your arms are crazy, but I like going heavy and using form like you did, should I carry on with it or try to be more strict with my elbows not moving? Thanks for the vid

That's not true at all. That's not even what he impied, you can't achieve that 3D shredded dry and full look natty. You just can't I always knew this but I just needed someone to come out and say it and its so true. It's all opinion I guess, I assume you think the whole NFL is natty too?
