I've always admired how impressive your arms are, Jeff. Your overall physique and shredded-ness on stage is even more impressive, but still. It's remarkable how simple things can be. I couldn't imagine having tris like yours on one iso lift and compounds. Incredible. Might play around with pushdowns during my gainseason. Only tried horizontal and overhead extensions so far. Not forgetting, ultimately it comes down to time invested over years. Nice video, Jeff! It's good to see the dungeon again.
I had tendinitis really bad to the point where i couldn't do any pulling or pushing movements i had it for months, i recently brought a cheap "Tens Machine" off amazon about 6 weeks ago and right now i would never have thought i ever had a problem it's helped that much
13.5 inch arm at 23 y old and 165 lbs. I feel like a baby in comparison to him. Plus 242 lbs of DL is pretty weak. Any suggestion Mr. Alberts? My split is Mon [Legs+Delts] - Thu [Back+Biceps] - Fri [Chest+Tri] I usually start with a basic movement (Squat, Rack Pulls and Bench Press) with a 5x5. Daily caloric intake about 3000 splitted in 50% carbs, 30%protein and 20%fat.
@Team3DMJ - what is the mindset behind allowing your elbow to drift back during tricep pushdown (which involves the shoulder)? Not criticizing, looking to understand why you use that approach!
Hey Jeff I am mirin the arms hard! On your push downs you didn't seem to have super strict form with keeping the elbows locked by your sides (not hating or anything just an observation), do you feel like its more important to go heavy with pushdowns and lose some form or is that form just fine? Obviously it works for you because your arms are crazy, but I like going heavy and using form like you did, should I carry on with it or try to be more strict with my elbows not moving? Thanks for the vid
good arms now but they are not that big ??? youre quads calves are a way stronger point .Sorry if this seems like a knock but its just what i see jeff .
After the first 10 years of optimal training your not gona gain anymore size. Even after the first 7 your basically tapped out as far as gains is concerned.
That's not true at all. That's not even what he impied, you can't achieve that 3D shredded dry and full look natty. You just can't I always knew this but I just needed someone to come out and say it and its so true. It's all opinion I guess, I assume you think the whole NFL is natty too?
Jason Blaha really opened up my eyes to this whole fake natty thing. Looking at this dude now and there's not one doubt in my mind he's a fake natty. lol He competes as a natural and in the NPC? Dafaq?
your mustache was your best body part man!
Highly comprehensive and insightful. Enjoyed the video thoroughly. Phenomenal work! 💪👍🙏

Mr. Alberts, you have very good videos, keep them up! I simply don't miss you videos - and for me, that's saying a lot.

Awesome, thanks Jeff!

It causes a greater strentch on the medial and lateral heads.
I train exact same way, 1 bicep exercise 1 tricep, still easily my best body part just hit 18in all natty at 5'10"
Sure thing!
Great vid as always jeff.
looking beastly jeff
Those are awesome dumbbells!!
THIS GUY DOES HAVE PRETTY SICK ARMS
Epic. I love the simple stuff
i always thought that the shoulder has to come up slightly for the bicep to FULLY contract.
any reason why you alternate arms for the bicep movements?
Damn, Jeff, that sure is impressive.
Thanks for posting this. You have great arm genetics for sure, but it looks like you kill it in the gym.
Can some one link me to the dumbbells he is using at the end
you and jim cordova have the best arms in natty bodybuilding
crazy quads
Hey Jeff, as always great info! Btw, when is it better to do power arm workout? On a back day or different day? Hypertrophy? Thanks!
Does ur shoulder not dominate ur push down? Or does that not matter too much?
can u do shoulders? plz
I am sorry if I missed it, but what is hyper work? Hypertrophy work?
Jedd Johnson yes

How come you don't 'blow your poise'? I find that sometimes I need it to hit the reps.
Jeff, what size are your biceps flexed? They look insanely big.
raider fan?
Jeff, this looks different from your garage!
beast genetics!
Morrrrreeee vidddsss por favor
Can someone please tell me the brand of these dumbells? Thank you.

Still is 11 years later . Crazy dedication
Cool sword
Those are some mean triceps
Hes about treefiddy percent bodyfat and natural as shrek
Yeah, he's riding dat bicycle right.
Mustache of Peace
real
Damn, at 22yo he was built like a greek god..... What da?....
if you do it for more than 20 years you grow some muscle naturally too
God dam sick physique, all though your arm look small from head on in the FDB
If I didn't know what type of guy Jeff Alberts was, I would think hes not natty too
If they are 19" plus for a natural guy that gets in beginning of big category i think ...

Do you even understand how muscles grow at all?
i call bull shit. any evidence of this? I bet Jeff will dis agree as he still makes improvements even after 20+ years.
I'm noticing a common theme here, less is more.
Struggling to believe he's natrual.
Greetings , he is brother , he is an inspiration
Oh, he is? Oh ok well now I believe he’s natural.
@@ericmsandoval just because you can't doesn't mean no one can (genetics)
