@@romankozlovskiy7899 I am talking about raw native performance, though. Meaning no frame gen and upscaling. The 4090 is a powerful GPU that can do native 4K max settings with RT at 60+ FPS in some games, but Dying Light 2 is extremely demanding. Even the 4090 struggles to maintain 60+ FPS at native 4K max settings with ultra RT. It will require the 4090 Ti to do 60+ FPS all the time at native 4K max settings with ultra RT in Dying Light 2.
@@romankozlovskiy7899 lol that's clearly what not he was set his settings on dlss 3 is an upscaller try to use native and see how your gpu cripple down just like his
@@Gamer-q7v even the mighty 4090 performance cant hold rt on max settings at the targeted resolution which in this case he targeted 4k resolution people needs to stop using dlss 3 aka frame gen as a part of the real raw power of the rtx 4090 which is clearly not the case in here or in any card the dlss3 is just an upscaller it has nothing to do with the rtx 4090 Rae performance it's just an addition for nvidia's marketing bullshit
Yes you can do decorations but you have to level up with baka is a zombie vendor in the bazaar unfortunately i dont have my pc right now waiting for fix so i play now on ps4 and hdd is terrible
@@BenchmarkBoy It's just making the surfaces(tress, etc) look more alive when it's far. Not really game changing as by setting it to lowest still looks good.
Yh. It's especially brutal with RT. Even the 4090 struggles to get 60+ FPS at native 4K max settings with ultra RT. This game has a lot of ray traced effects, which do look really good, but they are just very demanding.
If you comparing dl1 to dl2 that's true the graphics not looks significantly better but the game gets better and better overtime the game is now so much better than at launch don't expect anything just cuz its graphics doesn't looks too much better doesn't mean the game is not more optimized than at launch the game is clearly better but its graphical memory is pretty intense
Gpu is beast problem is ray tracing why you guys use ray tracing it's not worth it it's not gonna mame your game next level it's just waste of time and u lose huge fps
@@BenchmarkBoy okey bro i have to say the dying light 2 reload edition it's not good for me it's to dark and colors are not vivid like before even the colors when i loot bee or bacpack the green icon is to dark it's not vivid is there setting to fix that ? and 1 more thing can i install on original steam now developer mod menu cuz in pirated version the couldn't launch and developer menu was empty in game so it works only on steam and epic version ?
You have to put sharpness at 100% with Dlss quality trust me
ok 👍
In a separate video, can you set the LOD Range Multiplier to max? Curious to see how it performs like that.
I have the 4090 and I maxed it 4k dlss3 with the same settings, the fps goes from around 117-135 still crushes it

Im also playing on consle starting the game is worse but playing on console (have the OG xbox one) isnt that bad 🙂
ah ok thanks for the info. I think i saw the vendor just outside the bazaar where it looked like you could buy Christmas stuff
Does it still stutter on dx12 when you kill zombie for the first time? Big fan of your channel
should be more intensive on the street an even more in fights with spitters an explosions, ecpacially night hunt
ok. I did notice the fps dip when in combat on the streets. Im too scared for the night hunts i just skip to the day haha
xd its ok mate the game is is pretty non optimzed in combat and on the streets even without cpu botlenack@@BenchmarkBoy
@@BenchmarkBoy good to know the night update made qn affect on you altho it's still not horror element game like dl1 lol
I had to set my LOD to the lowest though but game still looks great. I got my mine set to Ultra RTX
Nice! I haven't really played around with LOD

Official winter event
free winter mode. You can choose to play with or without the winter mode
Yo finally my favorite game

For some reason I can't play your video in 4k60 on both my PC and mobile.
hmmm not sure. It works fine for me. Maybe an issue with youtube
But damn this game is still very intensive

Its a test of ray tracing purely to see how it performs. I'm not saying you have to use it
