AIR FRYER Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
3 Boneless pork chops, about 1 to 2 inch thick
1 cup cream cheese (8oz)
1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove water (4oz)
2 tbsp sundried tomatoes, Chopped (30g)
Smoke paprika
Salt and pepper
Dredge Ingredients
Step 1 flour
Step 2 eggs, beaten
Step 3 bread crumbs or panko
Mix the cream cheese, spinach and tomatoes in a bowl
Cut a "pocket" in the chop
Season the chop with salt, pepper and smoke paprika
Stuff the pocket with the cream cheese mixture
Dredge in flour
Then in egg
Lastly in bread crumbs
Spray your baking sheet with non stick spray
Spray the chop and plane spray side down on tray
Spray the top side
Air fry 370°F/188°C for about 20 minutes or until internal temp of 145°F/63°C
I served mine with some stone ground mustard and hot honey mixture

My hubby loves Pork Chops 😍😍. Flavourful, healthy and creamy filling of cream cheese, spinach and sun dried tomatoes. Perfect pockets of Pork chops, nicely seasoned, filled and finally coated with flour , eggs and bread crumbs. Beautifully air fried. Such a delectable dish. Loved it❤️❤️.

I love sun ripened tomatoes! All these ingredients r yummy. My son used my air fryer, finally got used. He cooked a grilled cheese for 5 minutes on each side at 400•. I will use next.

Big flavor is right. I've got to make this for Mr Critter. He can't eat red meat so thick pork chops are his jam. Spinach and cream cheese are his favorite food combo. He doesn't like tomatoes cooked in things. Could I spin the roasted ones to a paste just for flavor?
I prefer to season the meat too in the air fryer.
Such a timely recipe. I want to make him something special. I'm with you. If I have store bought bread crumbs I just use them.
