Hello, I would like to know the distance between the axis of the crankset and the ground. It seems to me that this distance is smaller than on the trax in 26 ''
Hi, is the frame geometry of this bike different from the TRAX with 26-inch wheels? Like maybe shorter wheelbase and reach? And would it be suitable for a rider of 4’11” height and 26” inseam? I really like the TRAX for my wife but the 26” version is just too big.
Hi, the only difference between this bike and the 24 inch version is the wheel size. So overall it will be shorter. From the ground to the top of the seat at its lowest setting it will be about 32 and a half inches.
It depends on your seat height preference, as the seats' lowest position is different between models. The 26" Trax's seat sits at 89cm at the lowest position, and the 24" Trax sits at 82cm at the lowest seat position
Beware of Cyrusher Ranger - Total Scam! I purchased a Cyrusher Ranger bike and am utterly disappointed with the quality and customer service. After just a few kilometers, the display was already broken. It took a lot of effort and time before they finally sent me a new display. It's misleading that they claim to be based in France because the phone number provided on their website is unreachable. After receiving the new display and taking a test ride, I found that the assistance no longer supports up to 25 km/h but only up to 15 km/h. The worst part is that the brakes no longer work. I nearly had an accident that could have been fatal. Additionally, the brakes make an unbearable squeaking noise. When I contacted customer service, they told me to go to a bike shop and have oil added. This is an unacceptable solution for a brand-new bike that was just purchased. I will now pursue legal action if I can even find a contact person. It appears that the parts come from China, not France. This is a deliberate deception to create the impression of having a contact in Europe. Absolute scam! People, beware and stay away from this bike. It is completely dangerous, and the customer service is terrible. Definitely avoid the Cyrusher Ranger

I checked from the ground to the center of the bolt that holds the crank arms in place and it is right about 12 inches

Does the rear rack from the 26 inch fit this bike?
Hi thanks for all the videos you post, can you tell me if the twist throttle is meant to still work when pas is on zero ?
Thanks 😊
Hi, so for all of the bike models, the Throttle will only work if the PAS is in 1 or higher
Would choosing the 24-inch version over the 26-inch version be a no-brainer for a person 165 cm tall?
