Iast year i went to indonesia so me and my friends decided to explore street foods so we were roaming and then suddenly a man came to us and offered us a juice and he said try once and we think it’s an a normal street juice so I normally take a sip and it’s was really nice juice so my friends were ask me how does the juice taste so I told them it’s nice then the juice man invited us to come in his shop after 2mins of walking we reached at his shop and when we reached his shop me and my friends were gets shocked 😳 because they are selling cobra’s blood juice ( cobra satay ) i Immediately grabbed his colour and asked him what did you offered me to drink he said sorry that’s was cobra satay. that’s the my worst experience in Indonesia and please if you are a traveler don’t trust any street food seller or any other person be careful and be aware thank you.

For those commenting on the eating of snake: it’s a well accepted practice in many cultures and we eat it on America. Rattle snake is delicious. Really, that python meat looked good. My only beef is how dull the knives are.
Oh yes every time my grandmother saw a rattlesnake in the garden she'd scream for my granddad to bring her the shovel! She would chop it's head off and we would have it for lunch or dinner. White flakey meat... Delicious!! Sadly though they were so common in the area and now you get super lucky if you run into an Eastern diamond back ever... I know my grandmother probably affected the population negatively on her own sadly to say... But they are delicious. We killed and ate any and every animal that were in our gardens or fruit trees. Nothing went to waste. I'm trying so hard to incorporate that amazing lifestyle to my now seven year old son and my unborn daughter. I'm a girl that got so lucky to get to be with my grandparents in the woods fishing and gardening living off the land... Every day since I was six weeks old while my mom worked I was with them and learning. Couldn't imagine my childhood any other way.

And that's why this snake is so scary. Almost forgot, I'm just saying that the python was 7.6 meters long.

They make it look tasty. Apparently eating “roadkill”(snakes,possums,frogs,etc) in the south in America is normal. I’m from MO n never tried it n never saw it look this good. I’m a foodie with no bravery but they may have converted me just don’t telll me wat it is until I try it once😂
For those commenting on the eating of snake: it’s a well accepted practice in many cultures and we eat it on America. Rattle snake is delicious. Really, that python meat looked good. My only beef is how dull the knives are.

Oh yes every time my grandmother saw a rattlesnake in the garden she'd scream for my granddad to bring her the shovel! She would chop it's head off and we would have it for lunch or dinner. White flakey meat... Delicious!! Sadly though they were so common in the area and now you get super lucky if you run into an Eastern diamond back ever... I know my grandmother probably affected the population negatively on her own sadly to say... But they are delicious. We killed and ate any and every animal that were in our gardens or fruit trees. Nothing went to waste. I'm trying so hard to incorporate that amazing lifestyle to my now seven year old son and my unborn daughter. I'm a girl that got so lucky to get to be with my grandparents in the woods fishing and gardening living off the land... Every day since I was six weeks old while my mom worked I was with them and learning. Couldn't imagine my childhood any other way.
@KENJI YOSHIMURA I would say it's more evil to feel good about eating grocery store meat. Mass killing terrible living conditions never having the animals feet touch the grass. We never killed more than we could eat and we used ever part of the animal possible. I don't see any evil in that.
