polymeric sand which is basically 1:4 mix of cement and sand. once you mist it then wet it the cement will harden and hold like concrete in the crack

Get polymeric sand. One little trick. If you have an edge,put out a bead of same
Coloured silicone to act as a dam. While silicone is still moist toss a little of that sand on it. Next day fill the crack with the sand and clean off excess. Moisten as directed. This way the silicone prevents the sand from running out

I filled some cracks the year or the manufacture came out with this. The cracks are still perfectly fixed after at least six years best guess. Good stuff!
Basically, concrete dry pouring is what it is... pour and even out concrete. Then mist wet repeatedly... then let cure over 24hrs.
Hey, use baking soda and super glue. it will harden right up and make it water proof.
That's a bit, a tad, expensive.
It's poly sand. Sand and glue mix activated with water. Hardens solid often used in paver installation
This doesn't work without the glue because the high wind blows it off from the cement floor.
So, it's setting sand for paving, bro this can be bought IN 20kg bags for less than £20 here in the UK

I dont know what it is specifically, but ive called it paver lock sand. Did bricks around my pool and filled gaps with sand and poly coat the top and it locks in
