Pulmonology department are getting merged in General medicine in many medical colleges as NMC has removed respiratory medicine from ug curriculum. No new medical college has vacancy for md pulmonary medicine. Even AIIMS is not accepting md pulmonary medicine candidate as faculty. They only want DM pulmonary medicine people. Indian chest society has filed a case in high court in Nagpur regards this. Be wary of taking pulmonary branch as opportunities are getting lesser and lesser in medical colleges.NMC may phase out MD respiratory medicine in near future.

Information about college will be uploaded in the mcc website sometime before publishing seat matrix - under participating institutes section. But till that time , you can ask from people studying in that states because all colleges in a state have similar pattern of bond and stipend

Yes , there will be language issue , but less in Bengal as compared to Tamil Nadu and AP . It becomes more important in psychiatry because history is an important part there .

If you are ok with anesthesia, then you should go with it but Diploma Pediatrics is not equal to MD , you need to do DNB afterwards

No, it will not cause any problem. For reference, see zynerd list of mistakes in all india pg counselling that doesn't affect you.

It’s doubtful , but if you go with more colleges d hospital in dnb , chances are might increase
