    To go along with the beginner's guide, here are the first 10 things you should do after getting the iPhone X: th-cam.com/video/CxXvw2DGGvU/w-d-xo.html

      Brandon Butch I’ve seen the iPhone 10 in the Apple store and played with it I love it but hate that it’s smaller than my 8 Plus. In your opinion is it worth selling my 8 Plus to go and buy the iPhone 10 or should I just wait til next year and keep my 8 Plus ?

    • @BrandonButch
      @BrandonButch  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Honestly, if it were me I'd sell the 8 Plus & put the money towards the X. This phone is the future & you may want to get used to it now.

    Closing apps and force closing apps are different. If you have to use the red minus- that’s bad. It stops the RAM unexpectedly and doesn’t give it time to properly close, as it stops it immediately. When you just swipe up to close, you are closing your app but it doesn’t ruin the RAM. So- swipe=good, red minus=bad ✌️

    If apple doesn't recommend force closing apps, how do you keep from having all the apps open forever?

      When an app isn't the active one being used, it's put into a "frozen" state, where the CPU can more quickly access it in the future.
      If you force close an app, it's removed from the phone's temporary memory (RAM), and in the future when you open it, the CPU has to completely start it and put it back into that RAM.
      The "frozen" state is better because overall the phone has to do less work. Less work = less battery usage. :)
