Mpow flame lite had my hopes up but was a major let down. I saw some complains with same issue as mine; Most of the time one of the earbuds would not charge, sometimes both eventhough the charging pins are sitting and aligned on the metal inside the case. And when I close the case, the earbuds won't autimatically disconnect from my phone - I would still hear the music coming out of the buds eventhough they are already sitting in the case. I stopped using it after 5days. Too bad i gave my review online too early and confirmed receipt of the items so I could not get a refund. I was a big fan because of the 2 pairs of mpow flame 2 and the mpow M9 i previously purchased but I seriously think mpow os not ready to compete with other clamshell case style sports earbuds. 😟 I am wondering how this one fares with the other sportsbuds. Looks like another clone of the flame lite which is a disappointment.
Reviewing a product does not and should not void your warranty if you paid for them out of your own pocket, you should still be covered by whatever trading or warranty standards that exist in your country... Ive returned headphones to amazon a few of times because I didnt like the way they sounded. Even though i had left a bad review the manufacturer still emailed me and offered me an upgraded pair of their headphones for free. Anker are very good like this. On the other hand. I emailed Mpow last year because there were two different Flame Lite models on amazon being sold at different prices and I wanted to know the difference as they both had different part numbers. I couldnt tell the difference and my friends couldnt either. So i emailed Mpow to ask and never responded so i am very cautious of them no matter how good the reviews of their products are. Anker are genuine really good though. I have bought many of their bluetooth speakers, power banks and headphones over the years and they are always ready to help if something stops working.
Had the pro the lite and the solo and all have failed. The pro probably my fault because they got wet. But the solo and the lite are the same as your self. Now the lites don’t charge at all, even though the box says fully charged.
@@mikehall6433 ugh i was thinking of getting this ones,, i need something with ear hooks and had decent battery life, cuz i see some with like 5 hours, but i could use some that have 7hrs plus on a single charge, 9 hrs would be good
my flame solo don't charge. They first would stay connected in the box then go flat and now they won’t charge, the box is saying fully charged.
