Honestly, the most difficult part is the faces, because if you do it too slow or finish last and a simple miss, you will be out of the tryout.
I would not agree with that, the combat stage is harder.
I have been struggling with faces, hopefully thus helps. God may he have mercy on my soul during combat.
I try not to bother with killing ppl unless they are actively attacking me, I just try damage as many ppl as possible.

To become an officer you need to be D1 in any division and Phase 4 in OA
I got to the last phase and round of a SPEAR tryout and I failed I was so mad and sad right now

Yes it is like all combat parts in a tryout.
To be SPEAR, you need to be 03+ to be JURY you need to be 01+, to be OTA i think it may be also 01+ RAZOR is probably 02+ or maybe even 01+
