I watched your story about the crowbar it touched me I have a story like your's my dad bought a model 700 in 270 in 1964 the year I. Was born he gave it to me a couple years before he died all his friends called him skinner he was my best friend thank you God bless
Really appreciate you reaching out with that story. Our authorities try to class our firearms as just "Weapons", items, guns etc, when to many of us, they are so much much more than that. Merry Christmas and God Bless
Howdy Clark🤠 Glad to be along on the new property with you and the collies. The new pup is a beaut!!! And on a pig at 8 weeks, he's likely got a great career ahead!!! Thank you Clark for all your entertaining and informative videos throughout the year. A merry Christmas to you and all your family and may the new year bring all you wish for.🦌
Hey mate, been watching you ages and I want to get on the patreon and I will shortly I’m just waiting on the funds. I shoot dogs but would love to start trapping, you have been teaching me but I won’t start until I think I know enough about it. I think so far you have taught me so much about it. I think one of the biggest issues is that people don’t check their traps often enough which teaches the other dogs. Thanks mate I really appreciate the knowledge you have taught me and I hope I can meet you one day
I like the weather you have out there. I'm supposed to be spending Christmas over in Blackbutt, but it looks like the Mary might be flooded. Anyway, l wish you and yours an enjoyable Christmas.
Love your channel Clark, about the barb wire, my cousin has his own museum, his a real bushy and one thing he does have a awesome collection of is barb wire, if your ever in the Camden area let me know it would be right up your alley 👌👍🏼
Hi clark plenty of great episode's this year have a safe Christmas look forward to plenty more in the new year and hopefully we like America vote in a decent gov.
I wondered where the NZ connection came in Clark, thats a nice Tahr on the office wall. I was born n bred in South Canturbury and done my share of shooting as a fit young lad. I left in 78. Cheers
Mundaberra. Thankyou for the correct pronunciation of that name. Driven those roads and wondered about how to pronounce many names and that was one of them. West Aussie names I think are just as hard when the roles are reversed 😅
Clark, a few years ago I was way out there from Victoria and the Police gave me a PBT check and asked where I was going and I said Barseldine 😂😂 he soon corrected my Pronunciation 😂😂. Merry Christmas and looking forward to a terrific and entertaining 2025 with the 47th in charge again.
Clarke, I love the clips you do, and i have learnt a lot from them. I wonder about the squeaker, though. Do you think it is educating the older wiser dogs to stay away?
Thank you. I think anything we use, once an older dog has seen his mate get caught right in front of him on that particular smell, lure, sound, (even just fresh turned dirt), then they wise up. Im seeing old dogs that seem to hang back and wait to see what happens to the younger dogs, then if there is a problem, they head for the hills.
Hi Clark. Merry Christmas to you and your family. I think the world will be a safer place now that The Orange Man is back in charge. The country around Barcaldine is certainly different from where you have been, I assume you've been on the Tablelands before this. You seem to be a bit more at peace out there on the plains, just an observation. We travel up from SA every year to Forrest Beach to escape the cold down here. We love the area around Barcaldine, Aramac and Lake Dunn on our way up. We came down one year through Cracow and Mundubbera. Have you ever driven the Defence Road out of Cracow? There are bridges built there by Italian POWs during WW2. Interesting stuff. Last year on the way home we were held up in Tambo for 12 days with a slight car breakdown. (Breakdown simple, postage a bit slow. 😀😀 ) I spoke to one of the local land owners there who has a dingo problem, I told him of your TH-cam site and he seemed very interested. Have you got a name for young Bozo yet? Stay safe mate.
Hopefully the team he has placed around him will be able to drain the swamp, restore the rule of law and keep some form of peace in this great world. A big task at hand. Yes, I do feel more at peace myself out on those big runs.
G'day Clarky, live the channel. I have a question thats probably been asked a million times, what app do you use to mark the trap sites... And how does it work with no reception.. Tight chains mate and Merry Christmas 🎅🏻
Hi Clark, this might be a strange request but my dad reckons he went bull hunting with you back in 2000. His name is Brett Carter, he used a Westley Ritchards double rifle and it was apparently the first time you’ve taken anyone hunting where they managed to get a bull with a double rifle. You also took him fishing in a six-wheel-drive Argo. Dad’s heard that you might’ve made a film around that time with him in it and I’m just reaching out to see if you could send it to me by any chance? If not that’s fine as I know it’s a bit far fetched but I thought it was worth a try, if you could get back to me that would be great, thanks.
Not far fetched at all mate, I remember your Dad well, top bloke to be in the bush with, and yes, took a bull well with the double rifle. Not sure if I have published that footage so I better dig through my old stuff and get it to you. I made a VHS video called Scrub Bull Grand Slam with about 30 bulls on it, think he was on that one. Have a top Christmas and give him my regards.
Round up the goats, they are paying more than sheep down south and will continue to do so for ever more. The market is there now, all our new found chums love it. market has gone from 50,000 a year to we cant get enough to supply demand, thats just for meat. The skins are worth good money too, and the horn. Our feral goats are considered the best eating and the skins are blemish free.
Since man has been on the earth, good and evil has existed. There needs to be an opposition in all things. It is up to us which one we follow. We must learn to choose the good. Satan has a great hold over the hearts of men, at this time. Good people must stand strong and together. Trust in the Lord.
G'Day Clarke,Spent a bit of time in the country,,NSW,and ya right,,people are generally genuine,In country towns,,but , to-day cities are not the place to be, Just Google how to ROB some one,you will get an answer,,where as in country you have to ern every thing you have,, Not just flash Dad's plastic and go,, One last thing their Lack of standerd, under standing, what life is all about, never could under stand My Pop saying "You stick an old head on young shoulders," Why?? They havn't been there or seen and or done, the things we have,,(It's Called ""Wisdom""')
Watching and listening to you gives me hope for us ordinary folks. Thanks Mate.
Appreciate the support, doing our best to keep it real.
Great show as always. Love the look of that land. FLAT. LOL!!! KEEP ON KEEPING ON
Your absolute right, there is a fight going on all around the world, the good people need to stand up to the injustice of the dark ❤🏴

Same to you mate. Hope 25 is a rippa
Some serious dollars in putting that fencing up. Great vid again.
Many feel that the cost can be recouped in less than 20 years with the extra gains it brings

Appreciate that, mate. I look forward to having you on board.
Looks like the pup will only get better as he grows.
Got to love the sound of that v8 diesel mate. Great to see how your dogs are . So different in their nature's
They are a real handful sometimes but I wouldn't have it any other way.
I like the weather you have out there. I'm supposed to be spending Christmas over in Blackbutt, but it looks like the Mary might be flooded. Anyway, l wish you and yours an enjoyable Christmas.
Thanks mate. Creeks are high now and more rain to come. Hope you can get thru. Merry Christmas

You’re a great Aussie bloke Clarke and I especially love your canine friends and the relationship you have with them, they are ripper dogs .
Thanks mate, Merry Christmas
Haven’t been out around Barcy for a long time. Marginal rainfall country. I knocked around that country for a few years when I was a young bloke.
Love your channel Clark, about the barb wire, my cousin has his own museum, his a real bushy and one thing he does have a awesome collection of is barb wire, if your ever in the Camden area let me know it would be right up your alley 👌👍🏼
Will do, would love to see the collection
Lovely ep in new country
Hi clark plenty of great episode's this year have a safe Christmas look forward to plenty more in the new year and hopefully we like America vote in a decent gov.
Merry Christmas to you and family, yes, we are at a crossroads
I agree but both sides are very similar and for me nothing changes whoever gets in
I wondered where the NZ connection came in Clark, thats a nice Tahr on the office wall. I was born n bred in South Canturbury and done my share of shooting as a fit young lad. I left in 78.
Cheers
When it gets too dry over here, I miss the West Coast!! Tahr came from up the Eblis.
Exciting sets in that trapline.
I’ve traveled much of Australia and know outback Queenslanders are salt of the earth, genuine folk. Like most county people in Oz.
True, true.
Mundaberra. Thankyou for the correct pronunciation of that name. Driven those roads and wondered about how to pronounce many names and that was one of them. West Aussie names I think are just as hard when the roles are reversed 😅
looks like a good pup with a little guidance
Trumpy (Quilp) is certainly a handful :-)

I WONDERED WHAT YOU NAMED THAT PUP!!!👍
Clark, a few years ago I was way out there from Victoria and the Police gave me a PBT check and asked where I was going and I said Barseldine 😂😂 he soon corrected my Pronunciation 😂😂. Merry Christmas and looking forward to a terrific and entertaining 2025 with the 47th in charge again.
Merry Christmas John, looking forward to a very entertaining 25!!
Gidday! Used to hunt in NZ
It's gonna be a long week waiting to see how you went....

All good, we use the Avenza mapping program which works off satellite. Paid version is about $40pa and works well. Merry Christmas
I use a power planter for makn the trap holes
Good tip
Tough country for a tough bloke
I thought for sure the crow bar was coming out as you entered the dam
It was ready!
100% Clark.

Exactly, whether it be goats, wild deer, camels, buff, whatever... turn it into a resource
We are the many they are the few
Exactly. Fight, fight, fight
Let's hope the goats are not as inquisitive as cattle regarding your traps.
👍🇺🇸👍
