Great work as usual. Shout out to the pilot/pilots. Things speed up a bit when they are out of the sand and on the grass flats! Nice finish on the feral cat, Bravo!
Brilliant bit of feral reduction. Magnificent marksmanship and in a mobile chopper environment. I have to say you're more accurate than most bloke's are on the ground! Cheers and keep up the good work.
Might need to work on your shooting skills. I don't think you killed 30-40 without missing a shot. Of course I'm kidding. Excellent work you are truly professional.
I'm stunned by the amount of wild pigs and this is just in this area. I did wonder what the lifespan of your rifle would be in these circumstances. Thank you for your service.
Amazing stuff as always but the sheer numbers are absolutely heart wrenching. I wonder what Australia would have be like without invasives. What optic is that may I ask?
Gawd - your pilot is as awesome as your shooting me thinks! Jeezus christ - you 'ought to have an Uzi if dealin' with such high volumes of ferals. Q: was that a dog you took down? what a shot! Q: what are the projectiles made of? Do they still use lead? Some animals got four shots! you deserve a bloody nighthood!!!
Another Q: what determines which firearm of the two at any one time? Run out of ammo with the rifle, switch to shotgun? Switch back and forth for the fun of it?
Gday, I love your job, severe jealousy...you obviously can't get every pig when you fly an area but is there a significant decrease in pig activity and if so how long before you go back? Thankyou
Helicopter hunting of wild boars can help control pest populations, especially in areas where wild boars damage crops and the natural environment. However, close monitoring is needed to ensure that other animals are not affected and that ecological balance is maintained.
What's the time period here? One day in the life? A week? Lord, the amount of trigger time! Very jealous here. Is this only done through contracting with government or are there commercial operations that regular folks can get in on?
This is footage from a 3 day shoot. I run a private Company but contract across multiple sectors including government, mining, agriculture and conservation. 👍
This is another reason to try bringing back the possibly-extinct thylacine and probably-extinct thylacoleo predators. I strongly suspect that a better predator clade than just crocs, dingoes and humans would at least start to control the problem somewhat. Failing that a gene drive that makes all offspring of the affected animals male would likely do the trick in time.
God damn, y'all. How big a wild hog problem do y'all have down under. Those god dam wild hogs are like bloody ants. Good job on reducing the numbers, they must do massive environmental damage down there, ha?
Mainly remote areas where the smell is of no consequence and the carcasses do disappear very quickly. Our numbers are a long way behind Nathans but find the carcasses are gone within a week or two
outstanding marksmanship, keep up the great work, you and your pilot make a lethal team
Great work Nathan ,some huge pigs in this footage.outstanding.
excellent coordination of hunter and pilot
Its always more about a quality pilot. 👍👍
The skill on display here is next level. Great work👌
That’s big mobs man! The 308 clean up crew, nice eye bloke.
Exemplary professionalism at its best from both pilot and shooter, team work.
Awesome team 👍 Love to hear the comms 😃
Mate as always your shooter and piolet combo is second to none. Keep up the top work cobber. We thank for what you are doing.🤠
That's a quick and humane way to reduce numbers.
Good to see the follow up shots if needed so no wounding👍
Great work as usual. Shout out to the pilot/pilots. Things speed up a bit when they are out of the sand and on the grass flats! Nice finish on the feral cat, Bravo!
Excellent work fellas!!
We hardly ever came across mobs of 15+ in the 80s... numbers are running amok!!
Have a great Chrissy blokes!👍🏼
Thanks 👍

Many thanks!
The cat finale was the icing on the cake. What a great team.
Thanks!
Just awesome as always mate
Keep up the good work
Might need to work on your shooting skills. I don't think you killed 30-40 without missing a shot. Of course I'm kidding. Excellent work you are truly professional.
WOW, that was outstanding.
Damm mate. Bet you got a blister on ya trigger finger. Nice work.
The mobs, the tracks they run from the air are visible.
Damm bro , your shoulder must be sore ! 😂😂😂 Keep up the great work !!!👍👍👍👍👍
Love your work, keep it up 👍
That gun must have got HOT Surely 🔥
Thanks for what you do
Thanks. Certainly gets warm
@FVR375 keep them coming we luv them 💓
Excellent!!! What is the estimated count of these animals in Australia???
Hard to say - in the millions
One for every person in the continent i reckon but I try to keep the numbers down too ha ha
I'm stunned by the amount of wild pigs and this is just in this area.
I did wonder what the lifespan of your rifle would be in these circumstances.
Thank you for your service.
Seeing the shadow on the heli’s blades is always a freaky sensation 😂
Especially in the air 😉😉
Is that a signature move , the double tap of the last pig in the mobs , you gotta love it
More power to ya fellas
Don’t know if i would go as far as a signature move but a double tap is a classy way to finish.
@FVR375 am loving it mate 💯 Percent
What was the location guys ? Outstanding aerial footage well done.
North Qld
unreal stuff what a team well done
Awesome team work. What type of gun
Wedgetail WT25
Americans need to learn from you!!
They do this same thing in Texas
@@ctking100 Not with that success rate...
@@ctking100 You made me laugh...there is no one like you.)))
@woli6872 That's probably true. It's seems much easier to get a large head count in Australia due to the geography.
@@ctking100 I've seen videos from US Heli hunts and they seem to need 5-10 shots per kill. Big sounders over there too.
I am always horrified by the numbers and the actual size of the pigs.
What size shot are you using in the 12 gauge ?
AAA Heavy game 36 gr
Effective and brilliant
What’s the set ups used? So good to watch too thanks
Wedgetail Industries WT25 308 semi auto rifle and a Benelli M4 shotgun. Zerotech optics on both for this shoot 👍
Amazing stuff as always but the sheer numbers are absolutely heart wrenching. I wonder what Australia would have be like without invasives.
What optic is that may I ask?
Zerotech Halo 👍
Not much left to hunt if we never had bunnies, foxes, pigs, goats, camels, deer, horses, donkeys and buffalo let loose on our shores….
Awesome shooting and flying mate. Any reason for the change of sight?
Trying something new and giving some feedback to Zerotech on their gear. This Halo optic is very good for a reflex.
Its always more about the pilot than the shooter. 👍
Still using cup and core lead projectiles with gilding metal jackets. 👍 softpoints.
Way to go. The crocs will be eating well. Where do they all come from, bloody hell.
I could watch this for hours.
Amazing team work as always. do you ever run ground crews ( where accessible and safe to do so) for extra control numbers ?
I hope the Australian government supports you !!?
Hi Nathan
Carcasses are consumed by the crocs, pigs ,goannas and ants?
Birds mainly. Amazing how quickly they disappear
What do you do with the dead hogs
I just know that the last one in the mob is going to get that double tap everytime 😂
What predators get to feast on the pork buffet, in that area?
Another Q: what determines which firearm of the two at any one time? Run out of ammo with the rifle, switch to shotgun? Switch back and forth for the fun of it?
thanks for your work
Appreciate that. 👍
Nothing short of impressive.
New red dot? What is it?
A Zerotech Halo. 👍🐗
Gday, I love your job, severe jealousy...you obviously can't get every pig when you fly an area but is there a significant decrease in pig activity and if so how long before you go back?
Thankyou
Who picks up your brass ? :)
That barrel must get soooo hot. Great shooting BTW
Excellent work.
Is this NT ?
Qld
How many days of shooting was this.
This footage was snippets over a 3 day period

Incredible, but looks like you got your work cut out for you, seems to be still large numbers.

Some cracking shots there!! Need better image quality though.
Imagine being paid to do this ! How cool is that ?!
It just never ends ffs.. where in Australia was this??

Far nth Queensland my friend. @FVR375
Im glad i don't have to reload all those mags 😮
Great work
Awesome 👍😎
So good to watch
Anyone else get motion sickness watching this ?
What happens to all the kills,
Left as they lay
I think you should play “Wichita lineman” instead of the heli noise.
🎶searching in the plains for another pork overload🎶

Millions of the buggers!!!
Certainly plenty around
Awesome.
Woow awesome
❤❤❤❤❤
This guy needs a Quadstack or drummag from magpul
1 pill 1 child. Great
Do any get picked up or just left there to rot, there must be one hell of a stink after a few days.
They break down very quickly. Mainly through birds of prey
Mainly remote areas where the smell is of no consequence and the carcasses do disappear very quickly. Our numbers are a long way behind Nathans but find the carcasses are gone within a week or two
This is hunting?
No. It is not hunting. It is high volume culling of invasive species. As detailed at the start if the video
@ looks cruel
@@64tamerathis is how they’ll come for us
Thats alot of pork
Tis.
Can you tell me what is in the shells like is it heavy gauge ? Size of shot and how many per shell ? If pos thanks. Also very good work 👍🎯
AAA heavy game 36gr loads. There are 45 x 20 cal pellets
What ammo are you using in the .308?
150 gr SP. This particular shoot was Sako Gamehead.
