A quirk from this kind of dvd menus is that it is a "timed menu" that would play for like 20 seconds and then loop again... Some dvd's just play the movie again when this happens but the majority will loop again and again and again until the end of time. I can TOTALLY, 100 PERCENT see why this song would scare people, JUST IMAGINE having to listen to the first 30 seconds of the song at loop FOR HOURS ON END because: 1. You may be too young to know how to turn it off or 2. You are way too scared to get close to the tv and turn it off because it's so loud, because YES, these menus tend to be louder than the whole movie and might scare you to death if you just woke up True survival horror.
This song kinda gives me the same vibes as "To The World" by Brad Paisley, another song from the early 2000s that iirc received MASSIVE airplay from country music stations. One of the menus on the disc plays a known song "She's In Love With The Boy" by Trisha Yearwood, so very likely it's from that timeframe of mid 90s to early 2000s
The website for DVD styler is available in Russian, English, and other languages. The possibility that the same program was used in both CDs isn't far fetched.

I immidietly noticed it was made with DVD styler, which made it so funny for me. I use that software to regurarly make DVDs of shows and stuff, so to see it here on a real DVD, not even designing custom assets, rather using built in ones is so lazy. This just makes me feel some guy made these in his garage back in the day, using music he had on his computer (or downloaded from somewhere).
I have a pop-country looking CD I got from a thrift shop called either "Above the Earth" or "Earth" by a band called Nylon, but it has severe disc rot :(
Why not try putting the bootleg DVD into a computer’s CD drive, opening the DVD on your computer as a folder, and checking out the names of the files on the files on the disc? Maybe an mp3 file of the song is on it, with the name of the song and/or artist in the file’s name or file information…

I usually understand the feeling of fear from uncanny credits/dvd menu songs, but this one doesn't trigger anything for me. Maybe it's the lyrics? Like, I could imagine it playing in a montage or over the radio or something, so it's not giving the same vibe as sounds right before having to turn the tv off and deal with the silence at night.

Hello kappa, I have a question. Did the OP not enter the chapter option? Yesss sir
I immidietly noticed it was made with DVD styler, which made it so funny for me. I use that software to regurarly make DVDs of shows and stuff, so to see it here on a real DVD, not even designing custom assets, rather using built in ones is so lazy. This just makes me feel some guy made these in his garage back in the day, using music he had on his computer (or downloaded from somewhere).
are you mocking me (alexdoesgd)
The song was originally posted on my 14th birthday lol
This song has similar chord progressions to the 2 verses of the song Shine by Collective Soul.
might wanna change the title
All right, I’m dumb. Someone explain to me why we can’t do the same thing here as we did with “How Long”.
It's unlikely that we'll find the song the same way as we did with "How Long". It's DEFINITELY hiding out somewhere, but as of now, only God knows.
@@RubyChocoCookie gotcha.
Real
@@RubyChocoCookie wait how did you find that
Did anyone think about actually ripping the contents of the DVD and seeing if we could find the file name for the mp3?
I have a pop-country looking CD I got from a thrift shop called either "Above the Earth" or "Earth" by a band called Nylon, but it has severe disc rot :(
Why not try putting the bootleg DVD into a computer’s CD drive, opening the DVD on your computer as a folder, and checking out the names of the files on the files on the disc? Maybe an mp3 file of the song is on it, with the name of the song and/or artist in the file’s name or file information…
This song is actually pretty good! Hope it gets found soon.
I’ve already tried using Shazam to find it but came empty handed:(
it got found today, it's called "this one's gonna fly" by country singer templeton thompson :]
Here is full song!
IT WAS FOUND TODAY!

god knows why, but the plushie in the thumbnail reminds me of the second false minoshiro from shinsekai yori.
If it was hoax what been in menus play movie and chapters? New question for lostwave guys
i think you should do a video about back to bed, another lost song, its not that famous of a lost song so i think bringing peoples attention to it with a video should help
I know my mom has the song... I heard the full song when I was little, I don't know where it is
I usually understand the feeling of fear from uncanny credits/dvd menu songs, but this one doesn't trigger anything for me.
Maybe it's the lyrics? Like, I could imagine it playing in a montage or over the radio or something, so it's not giving the same vibe as sounds right before having to turn the tv off and deal with the silence at night.
Either I recognize the music or it sounds a whole lot like something else. I can’t quite place it
true
Also, the voice of the woman that sings this song reminds me of Stevie Nicks from the Fleetwood Mac band.
Can you do: The lost history of the Delphaeus Hills Ghoul from the Carnivores 2 game please?
Templeton Thompson
The pirated DVD screen and the song is now just seems so uncanny to me, like for some reason it scares me. I hate listening to it now because it just gives me this strange feeling. It’s so ominous. It was found, so that’s cool, but I don’t think I wanna listen to it anymore. Those DVD menus would usually scare me, just random music with the videos on it. Is that just me?
It was a hoax. Someone faked the dvd screen
Hello kappa, I have a question. Did the OP not enter the chapter option? Because sometimes this option may possibly have another clip of the song in the `` chapters '' menu and also although I don't know much about music, I feel that this could have been created between 2005-2013 or 2015 due to the genre that I feel which was fashionable at that time, I hope I can help you and have a good video ;D
How Long Will it Take all over again lol
edit: nvm song already found that quick lmao
It kind of sounds like a Fleetwood Mac song.
Omg it does hahah
Is it me or does the instrumental sounds like the MVC2 Menu.
shit yea it does lol
