Once a number is purchased, how do we make a call with that number? Will we need a different app for a soft phone or are we able to do that through Twilio's console?

You’re right. It’s free trial. I had someone help me with the title and thumbnail and I agree it’s not free to have the number long term as one would expect. I’ll get this changed. Sorry about that.
