the part about why should killua hold the ball instead of tetzegera is acolade of their friendship. only killua is willing to not use any nen and allow gon shot to be at full power, and in return gon can use his full power only if killua holds the ball cause he knows killua is only one he can ask to go that far for him. he can ask bisky or tetzegera to minimize their nen to make the shot stronger but that would be equal to asking them to take as much pain as possible for his sake. it is sadistic in a way. killua said he can take it and gon trust him, and killua is asking for that pain, so this is something that only these two can do and it must be those two otherwise it will never be as effective

It's fair that clothes count as part of the body because of Nen. They could be conjured, act as armor, or part of someone's ability. Imagine if you could just block all of Razor's throws by manipulating your clothes into shielding you, and never caring about if it hits the floor after.

It would be an insult to Killua to be too worried about him to complete the task, Killua would never want that and Gon knows it. Gon trusts Killua to be able to withstand it, and it would be an insult to his strength and their friendship to question it. If Gon were in Killua's position he would want the exact same thing, and that's why he doesn't worry himself with it.
It just like best friend combination only when you really trust someone to do something that you feel comfortable. Just like when someone drive and doesnt make you feel safe eventho he's professional driver compare to your beloved one or trusted friend who always make you feel comfy or easily to fall asleep while you are driving.

Oh Hisoka absolutely could have gotten the ball back at the end, he chose not to for one of two reasons: Because he just want to make the match more interesting, or to respect Gon's wish of a complete victory (if they win without ever really catching a direct ball from Razor, it would feel like a cheap win to Gon as he stated earlier). Honestly it's probably a bit of both, Hisoka likes Gon enough to indulge him, but he also kind of agree with Gon"s philosophy in this case anyway, they both have a pretty similar personality when fighting even if Gon is much less twisted.

Bisky is not stronger than Hisoka imo. Hisoka is one of the strongest characters in HXH. The only ones who truly compete with Hisoka is Illumi and Chrollo.

So while you are right that Chrollo and Illumi(who got rated 95 by Hisoka) can compete with him so can Ging, Pariston Hill, Meruem, all 3 Royal Guards, Netero, Netero's Son, Tserriednich(with Nen Training) and probably a few more i dont recall right now
