Watch Episode 2: • The Marxist Destructio...
Episode 3 of our mega series tracing the Marxist destruction of Indian History begins with the Marxist takeover of existing institutions of history research and writing after India attained Independence. In this endeavour, they were tacitly assisted by India's Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. The reign of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad as India's first Education Minister was also a big factor in seeding the distortion of India's real history.
The notable fact is that Marxists met with little or no opposition to their efforts at institutional capture and subversion. After Indira Gandhi became Prime Minister, she appointed a committed Marxist named Nurul Hasan as Education Minister. He gave a free run to the Marxists who eventually monopolised history departments across the board. The infamous Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and Indian Council for Historical Research (ICHR) were established under his watch.
With this kind of stranglehold, Marxist academics began revising history syllabi on an industrial scale and prescribed distorted Indian history textbooks to schoolchildren. The distortionist template had already been set in the 1930s by prejudiced historians like Mohammad Habib and others.
A fundamental element of the Marxist distortion of Indian history is its deliberate misrepresentation of the history of the Hindu spiritual civilisation with a long term view of turning the whole Hindu society and India into a Communist country.
Do watch and listen to the whole podcast that provides priceless insights and rare anecdotes not found in the usual mainstream narratives on the subject.

Wow, the first five Ministers of Education were Muslims. Wow.
Sandeep Balakrishna really helped me understand what agitprop is as a method of warfare by Marxists. pUrvapaksha of marxism has been touched upon well- at least a beginning has been made. Thank you for fixing the audio issue too.

Fascinating talk, and very disturbing. I recently visited India and was deeply disturbed, amongst other things, by the dress code people, especially women, were adopting. Addressing historical narratives is imperative if we are to survive.

Though your channel is doing yeoman's service, but it will be difficult to reach the Indian youth and public. I hope you can set up a national Truth Commission akin to the South African commission which should include the new history writers like Vikram Sampath, Sanyal and others. It is high time the crimes of the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty and Congress is brought to light.

Absolutely great series. Sandeep Jee, You must write a book on this topic. You can collaborate with Rajiv Malhotra Jee whose team has also done huge work on these Marxist distortions. The book can then be taught in Schools and Colleges.

Thank you for presenting another interesting episode on distortions in Indian history. You are doing a great service by bringing out the story behind these distortions and people responsible for this. While discussing NCERT history textbooks you mentioned the name of one H. S. Khan as someone who either headed the department responsible for history textbooks or headed the institution itself. What is the source of this? Because, we get mention of one Shri S. H. Khan as one of the Editorial board members in 1977 and 1978 textbooks only. Arjun Dev, a faculty from ncert has been mentioned as the convenor in these textbooks. As far as I understand this S. H. Khan was not an employee of ncert but was an outside member like Prof. Sumit Sarkar, Prof. MGS Narayanan and others in the committee. And lastly I really wished to know your take on the last question related to NEP which somehow got missed. Like Arun Shourie ji, you too are doing a great job. Sadly the present dispensation hasn't given this important work sufficient weightage and has only relied on some adhoc measures which have only created halla devoid of any serious thoughts on the issue.Looking forward to many more such interesting episodes. Pranam

The population genetic by anupriya in Nature and vageesh narasimhan on Google it is evident that the Aryans appeared on the Indian landscape in 100AD with the enforcement of Endogamy done to prevent the parochial Vedic Society from mixing with the extensively mixed ANI population.
The male biased nomadic Steppe pastoralist (cattle herder Shudras) entered/invaded the indo gangetic plain in 1500bc, subdued, exploited and mixed/cohabited with the indigenous hunter gatherers AASI to become the prevalent ASI population in north India .
Following the enforcement of Endogamy, the ANI was compelled to regress into their own respective occupation and communities. The beginning of the Caste system.
Similarly, the Vedas, Sanskrit, Saraswati, Manusmriti, Endogamy, caste system etc all happen with the arrival of the Vedic Aryans and the Vedic Culture.

This gang from Aligarh, Delhi and JNU copied from the Pakistani textbooks, as proved by Dr.Rossiter in her PhD thesis at the University of Texas.
These gang members are not Marxists; they follow Pakistani and British historians.
Marx was not anti-Indian. Marx was not anti-Religion either. He wrote Religion is the sigh of the oppressed, heart in an otherwise heartless world. In his books, India's First War for Independence 1956-58, and Notes on Indian History, he admired India and wrote against the Islamic invasions and slave trade of the Ottoman Empire.
The Aligarh gang also supported the Aryan invasion theory promoted by the British. Marxists at Moscow University support the observation of BG Tilak that the Aryans originated in the Arctic Circle of North Russia before the last Ice Age and came to India in about 27000 BC when the Ice Age started to escape from death. Modern DNA studies support that. At least 20 per cent of the people of North India have the same DNA (R1a1) as the 40 per cent of the people of Russia. Tilak's books are translated into Russian by Russian archaeologists.
