    i had the running boards as well on My C7….helps keep
    the body clean

    I believe the fuel lines run through the frame rail along the rocker panel. Be VERY careful not to drill too deep there. you could put a hole in the fuel line.

    Why use rivets? Why not use self-tapping or trim screws? Thanks. Looks very nice.

      Rivets are far more stable and strong than screws. Screws will tear out if the panel is jarred hard enough, whereas rivets very rarely tear through the fiberglass. Lyle

    I hope you didn’t leave the exposed fibreglass untreated. It should be primed and painted.

    Man, if you call this good Quality, I do not want to know what is bad quality. The neccesity to drill even one hole I would call bad quality. Sorry!

      We have installed panels from almost every manufacturer, and I have NEVER had a panel that didn't require some tiny modification or other. Even the real carbon fiber stuff that costs big $$$. Lyle
