Pretty much, at this point it was somewhere between soccer and rugby. This is why I went with Gaelic as the visualization. The only glaring inaccuracy being at this point they still would have been only kicking the ball like in soccer as opposed to carrying it, but no game I know of would have match the rules more closely.
