    The edits had me thinking he had an intellectual disability. Yes he is awkward but he can deff string a sentence together...the opposite of what the show projected. I still feel for Nat regardless

      I feel sorry for Nats loss of her father but she was being absolutely ridiculous expecting a TOTAL stranger to fill the void of her father and live in her Disney idea of love at first sight, she is so bambi in the woods, Alice in wonderland she is emotionally immature and no one was ever going to hold her accountable for anywhere she went wrong because of her grief. She should have never gone on the show, it's wild and naive to expect not one;y guaranteed true love and the answer to her grief. Thats a lot to put on a total stranger sorry.

      @@kellymarieapplebeethat's really well said. I put the blame back on Nine in this instance. The "experts" should have seen this coming and made that call to not have Nat on the show. It makes sense that Nat didn't have the smarts to make that call given who she is and where she was at in her grief cycle.

      She came across like child having a tantrum because someone didnt immediately act teenage type gooey and expected 100% guarantee love at first sight, she's like a child at Disney. She needs to reflect and take accountability that she expected a stranger to be her emotional crutch and to fill the void of her losing her father.

And thank you for allowing Collins the space to fully answer the questions and explain his experience. Plus, the fact that from the wedding day, all he did was make faces about her and act like he wanted nothing to do with her. Then the very next day when they go to leave on the honeymoon, he puts up a barrier between them and doesn’t want anything to do with her and now wants to blame it on her emotions from her dad dying. We all know reality shows are heavily edited and they can paint participants in a bad light and it certainly appears that way with Collins. I didn’t understand why Natalie returned and I thought the producers talked her into staying because why would she go back to him. He seemed so fake on the show. Very different in this interview. • @Grace-rx7cv

      @romeojuokbye3114 being someone who has been abused and traumatized by a narcissist doesn't make you an expert in diagnosing people you have never met from an interview with a personality disorder. In fact it would probably heighten your alarm systems so that anything that looks or sounds remotely familiar to your ex becomes triggering so you slap them with that label. Unless you have a degree in mental health. In which case you would know better than to be diagnosing people you have never ever met in person.
      Collins comes across as someone who is probably overwhelmed and way out of his depth when it comes to dealing with other people's emotions, because he has never had that relationship experience. If he was a narcissist, more likely he would have had many romantic relationships and would have needed these for supply. It was unfair of MAFs to set someone who had never had a romantic relationship in his life, with a woman who was going through extreme grief after losing her father, and the experts should have known better than to put her through this.

    • @onmymomma_1
      @onmymomma_1 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@Grace-rx7cv that makes sense to me that part you said about triggering and using that label. I’m aware that that’s actually what might be happening and it does happen in my day to day life as anything that is familiar is a huge trigger to me and takes me back to everything that had happened to me. Thank you for your insight. I have no patience for any dismissive behaviour and deflection, when there’s no straight up accountability and acknowledgment (and straight to what the other person has done to “cause” said behaviour) it is a huge trigger to me. So i understand completely what you’re saying. My psychologist is also helping me and not wanting me to have that quick jump and assumption of every man.
      It was an unfortunate pairing for the both of them. And I do think that there is more to collins, I think maybe he has been wrapped in cotton his whole life and always been told that he is right and that nothing can ever be his fault, that’s just the vibe I get from him. And with Nat I feel deeply sorry that she was paired with someone completely not on the level she was on and wanted. I think it was all for tv and drama and both people got taken advantage of due to their personalities and situations. And i also understand the part you said about the supply for the narcissist and how they typically have had a long history with relationships, this is also what caused me over a year of confusion bc the person I was with had only been in one relationship before. It is rare and typically they do have a long history of being with people, but they start somewhere
