I LOVE Graham Norton.
Although I can appreciate James enthusiasm sometimes it gets in the way of the purpose of the late night show format. This is why Conan is the best active late night host. He knows when to sit back and let the guest talk, but he also knows when to jump in to get the laughs.
It's unfair to compare James, or any other (current) host to Conan lol. Conan's a genius with decades of experience - everyone else is playing for 2nd

@@Apo12345 Craig Ferguson was pretty epic. However, you have to give the nod to Conan simply because Conan predated Craig and they both have a raunchy push the envelope brand. Craig did always push it further than Conan, but it's not like Conan showed up around the same time as Craig and tried to be Craig on a different network.

He was very lucky that he went on his first pot run in 2019. Otherwise, it could have been an episode out of GofTs as “Jaime” fights his way into the “hood” to get his gummy bears and fights his way out laughing his head off with pot “giggles.”
But I digress...
My first pot run, I had to talk to a friend of a friend who needed permission from his dealer to sell to a stranger. After all the red tape. I had to meet my “connection,”usually, under a bridge. Behind a bush. Or a rock.
No names were exchanged and it was always late night. They were never on time. I never got to sample the merchandise or ask questions, I got a zip lock baggy with green stuff in it. Many, many times I got “burned.” It sucked.
In 2019, I walk into my favorite cannabis shop, flash my state issued-non-expired driver license and I’m buzzed in.
“How is it going, bro?” Asks the friendly pot barista.
“Cool, bro. You?”
“Living the dream.”
“For reals...”
“What can I get you today?”
“A couple fo Sativa joints. Going to work out. Need the energy and the focus.”
“Got it. We have a new strain. The Bruce Banner strain.”
“Like The Hulk.”
“Yeah, cool, huh?”
“Very cool.” I didn’t know that there were strains of pot. Now, I know I’m a sativa smoker.
Not indica. After I make my purchase, he bags it and staples the receipt on the bag.
“Are you in our rewards program?”
“Yeah, I am.”
“There you are. You got 2 bucks coming.”
“Cool. Keep them as a tip.”
“Awesome, bro. Thanks.”

Nikolaj's story would have been better if instead of gummi bears in the bag, it was another traveler's dead mother's ashes. It would have also helped if he had brought along a prop to show, like a photograph of himself wearing a comically oversized suit.

What happened to the gummy bears?
So um. I smoked weed and the first two times I didn't get high. The third time I smoked, took my dog for a walk, and a truck drove by my house slowly. I just knew they were coming back to kill me. It was instant paranoia. I decided that I was going to catch them so I went in my room, turned my laptop camera on, minimized, sat on my bed, and waited for my death to come while wondering if it would hurt. About an hour later I suddenly realized I'd been sitting there talking to myself about how I felt like I was in a pop up book. I....I called my mother at work. And I said "mom, my friend smoked pot and texted me to ask how long it lasts. How long does it last?" Obviously she's like "you're high. You're fucking dead". I hang up with her and the phone rings and it's this Asian woman. She goes "is Brianna there?" I say "uh..uh..uh.uh no!" And she said "oh. Okay". And for some reason I thought she sounded sad. I called my mom back, bawling my eyes out, talking about how this woman must be held captive and being forced to sell things an someone's going to beat her because she didn't sell me whatever she was selling (I can't remember). My mom wasstruggling not to laugh at this point. Anyways, mind you, my laptop is STILL RECORDING. There's a video of me going "yah dignity dog! You damn dignity dog! Look you. Fucking dignity dog!" To my dog. Then there's another video on my phone where I point the camera at my dog and go "there's a alligator in my house" *next video, pointed at my other dog* "there's two alligators in my house"
That was a ride
I used to have weed a lot when I was a teenager and it was great. One time I tried it and it was a fucking nightmare. I suddenly began living in space, seeing nothing but a black circle with a yellow ring around it, sort of like an eclipse. I swear it felt like I lived for a lifetime within this universe then suddenly I was back in reality. I thought to myself there is no fucking way that just happened within the space of a minute. Then suddenly it happened again. I started freaking out unable to deal with feeling like i'm living lifetimes within minutes then suddenly it hit me. Time and concioussnous ceased to exist and I was trapped within a fragment of time forever. I thought the universe had run its course and I was stuck forever. Once again I come back to reality absolutely horrified and I didn't know who I was or what dimension I was in. Next thing I remember i'm walking up and down my flat corridor and apparently have been continuously for hours. I eventually diagnosed myself with complete insanity and went to the hospital. I sobered up suddenly in the waiting room and left embarrassed.
Single most horrifying experience of my life. Appreciate your mental health, people!

Whole marijuana, on the other hand, contains over 400 different chemical compounds, including over 60 known different types of cannabinoids. So no, dear, they are NOT the same thing. Whole marijuana is unquestionably more potent than edibles, which is exactly why some people prefer edibles to weed in the first place.

And there are more than 110 known phytocannabinoids in cannabis and over 200 known terpenes, not including different phenolics, which of course will be a part of any typical cannabis edible.

I used to have a normal reaction to weed, but I grew a tolerance that at one point virtually overnight, grew to a virtual 100% tolerance regardless of strain, concentrate percentage or dosage that turned out to carry over into the hallucinogenics (LSD and mushrooms) too, also with a virtual 100% tolerance.
