Spring Morning Walk Through Ben Lomond, California

Saturday morning walk down into the village of Ben Lomond in the San Lorenzo Valley, located in the Santa Cruz Mountains of the California Central Coast. This is a 50 minute, 2.5 mile walk with a 440 foot elevation gain and it beats a treadmill on almost any day of the year.

Went off to join the Navy in 1970;
My heart is still in Ben Lomond.
