The one time i actually believed someone when they started that "kids today will never know" stuff was about arcades on these specific kinds of games. Theres one arcade near me and it was like acending to some kind of ass kicking heaven.

The way her gi and her scarf blow in the wind gives her an awesome air of quiet strength, and that one aspect of her simple design, the scarf, is used in so many different ways to convey emotion, speed, power, defeat, everything. Fuck. I love her. God damn.

I love these videos, but they also make me sad that I can't get into fighting games. None of my friends play them, and I live in the middle of nowhere. And yet, I still buy fighting games for some reason and just play against the AI.
I can't even win and get good against the AI. I have less than zero patience and get madder than Pat when I start fucking up (I've broken controllers before ._. ) so I can't get into fighting games because no one around me stays scrub forever.
Well if you have an internet connection and the console that allows you to play fighting games with other people over the internet this problem could be solved.
Chris Hedwall Therein lies the problem. My ping is like 700ms on a good day. And can be up to 5 seconds on a bad day. It's seriously the best internet I can get. Naturally, that is literally unplayable for fighting games.
Something special about 3S that doesn't really happen for me in other fighters is, the existence of really bad, near-useless special moves and super moves that I just love using/trying to pull off. In SFIV, not so much. If a move is bad in SFIV, it's just bad, and you should feel bad for using it. In 3S, though, I love bad moves like Alex's Flying DDT or Q's SAIII.
This is probably the most entertaining Fisticuffs video since the series started. I'd be confident enough to say this was more entertaining to watch than all the other ones combined. Good shit!
I never noticed before, but Pat's reaction to Woolie picking Twelve at 14:19 is priceless. He just stops mid-sentence in pure disbelief and can't even complete saying "Twelve?" Man this has to be one of the only games where Woolie picks more than one or two characters/teams.

Seriously, I am not much of a fighting game guy, and that video is pretty much one sided through out. But 3rd strike was very fun and I do want to get into it more. Especially with that video I first saw about it was when that guy who played Ken blocked one of Chun-Li's special movies. Blew me away. Anyway guys all that is just me telling you how I enjoyed my fun with my best friend as well how you guys make me want to get more into it. Keep making the hypest shit ever.
best of the street fighter series, I doubt any new game will even come close. SF4 was several steps back in my opinion (by the way, Ibuki is my main girl, no other character is as fun to play as in sf for me)
