QUI CUTTER is a chemical agent. When QUI CUTTER contacted with water in fresh concrete, it hardens and expands, and then causes cracks at the location where you set QUI CUTTER approximately 3-4days after concrete poring. You can then be easily lift off by crane or excavator.
