I got a question! (Anyone can answer.) Charles always says “get that blood in the muscles”. His clients are very advanced. For me as a beginner, do I just use my training weight to complete 3-4 sets of 12 reps and call it a shoulder day or do I as a natural do several light sets and then the working sets?
Do your light set and warm to get that blood flow going, then get into your working set. Take your time too, the gain will eventually come later. Wit patience.
Dexter is one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, but every dog has his day. I think Dexter has been around for a long time and that could work against him.
Bought time you went back old school and went all out for this last year and I expect your body to be full but dense and grainy and be able to atleast crack top 5 for last time in your career if not win. No bullshit this year and all work
