If it's a hit and run, where you had no insurance, made an illegal turn, and tboned a car causing injury to a senior citizen severe enough to need operations? And lost a civil suit for $300,000? Would that person get jail time, if ticketed for all those things?
My brother was the one who got hit by this person. Guess what? The driver paid a fine and got a lot of points on his license. Nothing more. My brother is still suffering to this day from his injuries/operations/PT, etc. Smh.
