EPILEPSY WARNING FROM 6:37 - 7:10 MK really makes it harder to like with each patch doesn't it? Also wanted to point out the severity of the Reptile flashing white bug. That is the biggest bug in the the game right now, and I don't know if its happening on every platform, but it NEEDS to be fixed! It could literally kill somebody.
Another thing about Homelander is his weird gravity. apparently his gravity is different in comparison to the other characters, making it a lot harder or even impossible to pull off certain tight combos against him. Like Omni-mans back+1 optimal combo for example, the invincible rush move required for that combo will just not hit him no matter what.
I found that out too after this video, but I’m pretty sure it’s not supposed to be like that? Again we won’t know until NRS actually says something about all of this.
If you cancel a flight attack into flight then use another attack is uses meter. So that might be what it meant. For example, if you punch during flight then cancel it into flight then punch again, itll use a meter. Only during a combo though.
another small, yet interesting bug with his back 3 in practice mode. if you perform a back 3 and press reset immediately after it landing, the music will just cut out entirely. not the game sounds tho, solely the music. resetting again doesn’t fix this either, to fix it you have to do ANOTHER back 3 and the music will just magically come back 😭
also for 3:41 i don’t believe that’s a bug, but more of a bad explanation in the move set. let’s say you do 1,2 into flight cancel, then pressing 1 again for the jump punch. if you flight cancel after doing the jump punch that’s when it’ll take the bar from you, though i’m still not sure if it’s supposed to work like that or not lol
Why is no one talking about this , plus there is one more bug because of homelander's floaty state gravity on some of the combos done by characters like reptile and omniman doesnot work on him
Yeah, I think a lot of his stuff is just very poorly explained in game. He is still very buggy though, and I guess we won’t know until NRS says something about all this.
The biggest bug is only Kitana, Mileena, and Reptile getting them costumes. Need to same drip for Rain and Ermac in an immediate patch lol. In all seriousness, they need to fix HL. Being forced to take constant OH 3 chip is beyond stupid.
Which kicks? The one I said was an infinite from flight? If that’s what you’re talking about you can’t duck them. They hit overhead so you have to stand block them. It could be that if you’re trying it in training mode you’re too high which makes it drop, but otherwise it’s a true infinite block string.
The block infinite in the corner if u use a character with a good armor move if timed right u will armor out just a lil tip if anyone fights against it

@@jamierayner9777 yeah you aren’t able to upblock in time and the jab won’t hit since he’s floating. only way to escape it is a character with a fast armor move like johnny or li mei. you’d have to take a hit from it and then armor on wakeup
Is the cyrax thing not intentional?he was one of the worse kameos that only really worked with Johnny and sometimes baraka so I thought it was just a buff
There were supposed to be no balance changes in this patch, as confirmed by Tyler Lansdown of NRS dev team. Doesn’t mean Cyrax shouldn’t get buffed though, they nerfed him too hard.
That back 3 is in the tutorial as a combo starter.. and the flight start and cancelation combos are also in there.. so basically his tutorials are fake? All his laser attacks get beat out by everything and anything and that completely sucks. It takes 3 years for any of them to start up so everyone can rush you from full screen before you even start your laser and by the time you have. There already in your face doing a combo. I don't know man, this mk1 is the worst they've come out with and it shows they put zero effort into it. Like come on, three of the DLC characters are already in the base game but they make us pay another 50 for them? Wtf why put them in the story then?? Lazy cash grab so they didn't have to make other characters for the DLC.. downgraded the customization AND comparing the quality to mk11, mk11 had better shadows and skin textures to the characters. They look rinsed and washed out in this crap mk1.. it's really sad to see the company starting to follow the woke genre of release shit games and no one cares, bull
There’s just a lot of bugs with him and unintentional stuff in the game right now, so it’s really hard to differentiate what’s intentional in his kit and what isn’t. Especially because the kombat kast for HL gave us different information on his moves. There’s just a lot of uncertainty with everything right now.
Idk.. the hole game and company is broke. I think they need to wake up. I'm tired of doing perfect blocks but cuz it's online, half of them say perfect block but I still get hit through it and combo'd... or punching through someone skull with no hit reg.. The real bummer for me was the major nerfs on johnny... advertise JCVD pre orders for months then nerf the crap out of him until he's useless. Until his fatal blow doesn't parry half the time. His down pokes aren't plus on block.. just a joke
So he is just a very very bad character 😂 i was waiting in him for so long and is just a piece of 💩 character 😂😂😂 bro they are droping the Ball horribly
Absolutely! Cyrax needs some buffs because he shouldn’t have been nerfed as badly as he was. Like I’ve been saying in other replies, the devs weren’t planning on changing anything this patch at all, so we’re all just incredibly confused on everything.
This game is such a mess 😂. I’m glad I stopped playing 1 month after release. The problems with this game are skin deep. 1 patch or 1 character will never save this game. I loved MKX and MK11. Those games are ironically so much better than this trash.

Yeah man that is the most frustrating thing , I bought the whole game to beat homelander with omniman and now I can't even do his best combo on him
I literally redownloaded MK1 after months and tried to hit him with that combo and just assumed I was too rusty or something lol
Homelander actually DOES consume meter on addition flight cancels, but it starts on the third one, not the second.

When Omni man is doing his Air combos there’s insane screen shake now which is very frustrating

which is good. the fly puts you in air making it jump state so gravity should act differently
@@Disproved in that sense omniman's vstance should not be affected by low attacks or other combos when done on vstance

There was another one that happened for me is when you do the lazar attack that shoots them in the air he shoots his laser backwards

They do they're just in invasions
They all have one but not every skin is on the Shop for some reason you only get the playing invasións 😂

net is also very good for rain and sindel, plus being able to combo of forward throw is very strong so def not one of the worst
