How a BORING LIFE can be BEAUTIFUL

This week had nothing special going on and I wanted to share how having a boring week, or a boring life is totally okay. Your life is only as boring or exciting as you make it, as long as you are happy in the present moment, right here and right now. Embrace every area of your life, the good times and boring times and realize that you can be happy in both times. I hope you enjoy this boring week with me.

Loved this vlog - lots of wisdom coming through. we must enjoy the small experiences, but always be alert to the special moments, and opportunities to create some wonderful memories when they're on offer. Every person or place you walk past might just be needing you to say or do something outside the box. You never know. Maybe just a smile.

Yep, the videos are usually uploaded a week or two later, but I've taken some time off making videos the past couple of weeks, so soon I'll be up to (almost) real time again🤣 hope you have an awesome holiday and take care of yourself 💛
