    This is cool, thanks for sharing! How lo g should i practice to be able play doubles at that speed?

    • @JohnXDrumLessons
      @JohnXDrumLessons  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Leyen Sento start by learning the push pull technique . Once you’ve learned that and can play doubles up to about 200 bpm you should be good to go. It could take up to a year or more to get your doubles that fast and clean. I spent approximately 45 minutes to an hour a day working on push pull and double strokes; it took me about five months to get up to tempo. God bless, John X

    • @chsemaphor
      @chsemaphor 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      JohnX Drum Lessons wow! Thanks for the reply, John, appreciate it! The thing is that I practice it within 5 months and I not even close to 200bpm 16th. Somewhere around 150. Just got a decent 5stroke roll a few days ago. And I practice 3 hrs each day (1h at morning, 1h at afternoon and 1h at evening. Thats why im asking.

    • @JohnXDrumLessons
      @JohnXDrumLessons  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Leyen Sento The key is push pull. Find a good teacher who can help you with it. I was going to do a video on how to play push pull properly, but started having health problems that prevented me from doing it.
      God bless,
      John X
