@pgpc6448 There are townhomes around west and south Fort Worth. There are more inside Fort Worth city limits, but depending on your budget, you can find some in the suburbs too.
I love your story of the history here! Not a fan of the “ initiation/transfer” fee. Is there tract homes in pecan plantation area, not the country club or is this just a community of itself?

True, no one is a fan of the one-time "initiation/transfer" fee, but that is partially how they pay for the unbelievable amenities available at Pecan Plantation. There is a small area of homes inside Pecan with smaller homes around 1300-1500 sq ft. that are priced around the mid to high $300K. Somehow I overlooked including them in my video. Pecan is a community in itself, but it has a variety of housing and all homes have access to all of the amenities.
