hey you really nailed the PS1-PS2 look in terms of texture and style, i love it :D
i got some tips you might like: if you wanna get it to look even more PS1, toss it into blender or unity and change them textures to "closest" or "nearest neighbor" to make them pixelated, and get rid of the material's shading... so it's just showing the pure textures :3 you could even go a step further and add pixelization to the entire render
but for PS2 and dreamcast, it's already spot on, looks like something out of jet set radio XD its perfect

Hi! Sorry for the late reply! I used the body suit to exaggerate her features! I watched bk's process and that's how I got a clue to how I can actually exaggerate the proportions of her body using sliders and typing in the perimeters.
I can't send link since it will get flagged as spam automatically so just look up, "CHIBI SUPREMACY SPEED SCULPT" by bk!
I do kinda feel regret that creating the body suit wasn't recorded because I thought too late that I actually wanted to document the whole process and I was already 30% done huhu.
