I love using VRoid Studio but disclaimer you have to have some type of skills in drawing because its mostely drawing 2D textures to make it look 3D

Vroid is in english! And it does allow heterochromia!
vroid does not require symmetry and has an english version
how do you get your eyeliber looking so smooth here whenever I try to draw in vroid it looks all pixilated and mehh?
Practice makes perfect, you can also always draw a guideline and export the layer, then make the line smoother in a drawing application
