This is crazy...
I am a female and just found out that I am a yang metal, and this description matches me 99.9%.
One thing that I find interesting (and grateful for) is that while those characters are obvious from my gestures (the way I stand, sit, hold my chin, and hold my gaze, hand movement, speaking tone, choice of words, etc.), it doesn't show on my facial muscles.
Anyone who meets me when I sit and don't speak, always think that I am a soft gentle demure push-over person (because I usually use any time to think or analyze things - I keep my mind busy so that I am always ready with correct decisions when I have to take actions - and therefore I don't project my Yang energy outward when I am thinking), until I engage in a conversation, or work.

Main element is not about the year. It comes from the quality of the day you were born. For example, 31 of August in 1976 was a Yin Wood-day. The whole date of birth is important, actually.
