Or have a form of exercise that is to do with calm or slow? Like Tai Chi or Qi Gong? Maybe your resources are not as good this year as you are used to ... please bear in mind, it is only temporary. There is a teacher in you ... have you ever considered that? You could be the light for other people, but only when you believe in yourself ... find your inner light ... find the trust in yourself ... sorry, once I am going off, I am just getting all these things. Small contributions done consistently are the key then ... if you get better even only 1% it is a contribution ... get an extra account ... maybe name it "untouchable" and put minimum 10% in ... over time it will help ... do you think that is doable for you?
