There are at least 3 major international companies that are headquartered in Cincinnati that have major offices in London. Plus London is the biggest market for international travel from Cincinnati, so having a direct flight was better that a connecting flight in another larger city.

You can get the free Elizabeth line train runs from T3 to T5.

This is a rather unusual route I’d say. I can’t imagine too many people are traveling from the UK to Cincinnati for either business or pleasure
