Thanks Mark! You have no idea how many times I had to re-mask and re-paint because of yellow-on-blue overspray and then blue-on-yellow overspray. Needless to say, I had to hurry and finish - otherwise I could still be at my model bench airbrushing right now LOL.
Nice to see the old models being built and what a great job on a Monogram classic. The decals look like they could have been a bit difficult? Love it and it makes me want to build one, I have the Blue Angels A-4 Skyhawk somewhere but I am not sure if it's Monogram.
Thank you and thanks for your comment! Yeah, the original box decals were a risk so I got some custom ones. I still ended up painting the yellow stripes myself. Surprisingly, for a 40-year-old kit, it went together pretty good with some minimal filler and sanding. I'm thinking about doing a F-4 Phantom Blue Angel now.

Well done. Yellow on/around blue is tricky. Heck, yellow on/around pretty much any color is tricky. 👍👍👍
