What an awesome "Pretty Woman" story!! I had something similar happen when I was working for Le Chateau. A very casually dressed woman came in and told me how she had just been snubbed at some other nearby stores. She had been on maternity leave for a year and now needed clothes to go back to work. I helped her and we picked out several full outfits, totally hundreds of dollars. She was planning on going back to the first store and shoving the bags in their faces telling them how they lost out. I would have loved to see the look on their faces!
