    I’m 9 months into keto and 65 lbs down. I’m wanting to start with bone broth. What is the difference between bone broth and regular broth that you cook with?

      Bone broth is made from ground up bones from cows, chickens and other farm animals, and does NOT taste good.
      The main benefit is from the collagen in these bones. Cooking broth is a flavorful concoction made from a variety of ingredients as a filler for cooking, but not the bones of animals.

    quick question - I have family dinner once a week and that end up being a flex day for me - I am on a keto diet for inflammation and energy reasons and love it - I have noticed that after my flex day I usually have very loose bowel movements the morning after (same time as my usual movement - just it is prolonged since it will take several over a half hour) - I was hoping you could provide some insight into what is happening. Thanks in advance

    Aloha Ben , Why do I feel nauseated after a two day water fast. . I don’t feel hungry but I just feel bad and light headed . I feel better after I moved my bowel and quiet a lot poops. Is it because of the released toxins after the two day fast.

      Hey @Emy It can be from the released toxins, and it can also be because your body is not ready for a 2 day fast just yet. Are you doing intermittent fasting on most days? I would do the 5-1-1 rule and see if that helps; 5 days on an 18/6 schedule (18 hrs fasting, 6 hour eating window), 1 24hr fast, 1 flex day (no fasting, increase protein and healthy carbs)
