This is definitely a great city and highway cruiser.. so very nimble in the city.. Honda should just reduce service cost and this can really compete with Royal Enfield
Good information, I have been riding motorcycles for 22 years now and have ridden all sorts of machines from Suzuki Shaolin to old Yezdi's n all. Let me share my experience with this motorcycle. I have a Hness CB350 that I purchased in late October 2020. I have ridden it for 22000km now. After my recent transfer I have to commute approx 160km daily, that I do on this motorcycle. I would say that the Air Filter of this Motorcycle needs to be changed somewhere after every 4000km for a smoother performance, the same goes with Engine Oil too. The company recommended grade of 10W30 is sufficient but I feel that 15W40 would be a better option. This motorcycle however should have been provided an Oil cooled engine, as the Air cooled one seems to lack a bit when you ride 80-100 km in a single stretch. Overall the machine is better than the Enfield but due to lack of dealerships and service stations procurement of spares may become a concern. Regards
Nicely explained....could you please tell if this bike is suitable for riders of short height.....my height is 5ft 3 inches and I guess the seat height of this bike is 800mm...also as you mentioned that the bike is a bit on the heavier side , I was wondering if I would be comfortable on this bike....TIA
Thanks bro. regarding the height, I would suggest, please take a test ride of the bike once. You could face some amount of difficulty while taking U-Turns because of the weight of the bike. It all boils down to how well you can manage your bike. A lot of shorter riders ride taller and heavier bikes than CB. So the best way to find that out is take a test ride. Try to ride the bike in traffic so you need to put your foot down and you would get a fair idea if it would be manageable by you. Thank you for the appreciation Bro.
Very well explained as always. *Sweet spot speed is indeed 100kmph not just for smoothness but for mileage also. At top end, mileage drops to 25 kmpl which is in Duke range *Headlight part is true for average. For my city usage I feel its adequate since I calibrated and adjusted thrown according to my usage. It's so much usable now *Tire experience part is so true

Sir I have done first service 10 dàys before... before first service it gave me milleage of 34...but after 1st service it is giving only 29...rear brake pedal play is hard...I think they over tighted the rear brake...how to adjust the rear brake...my service center is 32 km away...I am from banglore
Firstly do not worry. Everything is fine. Please ride the motorcycle for about 500 kms. Things will loosen a bit and come to comfortable position. Actually in service they tighten few things as per service guide rule. It takes few kms before everything settles down. And since this bike is having a rear disc brake, so the play cannot be adjusted. May be you are feeling it tight, however as I said, give it sometime, it will settle down. Fuel mileage will also come back to normal. Ride safe and enjoy.
ver nice detailed video..what was your insurance cost?..dugar honda asking for around 12k..and how much did the avenger mirrors cost?...also is it possible to swap the horn and indicator switches?
Thank you. Insurance amount varies from time to time. But should be something around that. Avenger mirror costed me Rs. 550 approximately. Unfortunately the switch swap is not possible. You will get used to it soon. Will not be an issue.
@@DipayanBose thanks..I own a honda unicorn from 2005..love it..wont get rid of it..so I will be using both the bikes alternatively..so thought that the horn/indicator switch might be an issue..I guess u might also use your cb250r along with H'ness..do u face any issue with the horn&indicator switches ?
@@pinakeshbhattacharyya5669 oho… yes then you will face some issues. Yes I do face it too when I switch between the 2. @@gringorine as per as unicorn is concerned it is still running fine, some issues like I had to change carburetor once and CDI once and recently I had to change the lock set..other than that I did not face any major issue...now for Hness, I just bought it couple of weeks back...the riding feel is almost the same in terms of smoothness, but would it be as durable as the unicorn..that remains to be seen..I hope it does :)
It is a simple process. Removed the old one and installed this one. And brake bleeding would be necessary. This master cylinder is from R15 ver 1 & 2. Costs around 4k. Thank you.
Unfortunately you cant retro fit the RS tyres on this. Wheel size is different. Acceleration has become more crispy after ECU update. And hopefully resolved the high altitude issue. Thank you.
So far my bike did not get any rust. However rust will be there sooner or later. It is practically unavoidable. Just need to be watchful and treat the rust whenever it shows up. Thats the only solution.
Highness will easily last you 20 years due to the relaxed nature of the engine..

8:20 if Honda had given it 27 ps, they'd have to price it around 2.5 lakhs ex showroom which would eat into the sales of the CB300R

@@arv1ndgr but I knew that RS had 17 inch rear wheel.
What is sweetest cruising speed with a pillion in a highway?
If you intend to ride slower then 4th gear 65 to 70
If you want to go faster on open highways, then 5th gear 85 to 95 .
U can go on 100 all day long....
On a scale of 1 to 5, what is the comfort level for pillion?
22:22 is the split seat better? Both for the rider and the pillion?
For long distance tour, split seat is better. It is harder than stock one. For daily commute stock seat is more comfortable.
