    Your system of using the tags for the quantification intrigues me, I will need to look into this further and give it some thought. Thank-you for the excellent presentation.

    How did you add the cost of osb. Osb comes in sheets. First thing will be to do a 2d nesting of the osb parts to get the number of 4x8 osb sheets required.

      If we're talking 4 * 8 sheets, quantifier pro will sum the total square footage of everything on the wall_sheath tag, and divide that figure by 32sqft to give you the number of total sheets, then it will multiply that by your cost data.

    Interesting process. Every stud in a Medeek model has its own label (Stud1, Stud2, etc). When I run a Component Report I end up with a line item for every single stud. Is there a workaround to prevent this from happening, or do you just have to sort all of the studs together in an exported spreadsheet in order to then manipulate them (and other groups /components)? TU

      I don't use the component report function since the list of materials is exported by QP.
