RCF is for PA use. KRK a recording monitor. RCF has the goal to get high levels, not the goal to cover low frequencies.
KRK has about level similar requirements as the speakers you use in your living room, it has low end with small speakers.

sounds like a very loud resonance-frequenzy in the low-end of the rcf. krk way better for studio imo.

It's 7 inches woofer vs 8 inches woofer, so RCF has more bass. The RCF Art 708-A must be close to the KRK 8.
