Hi, I am doing private label under category pet care, with my product packing that matches all the requirements amazon has set in place for category approval but it keeps declining the request for category ungating. I have brand approval for same product. what could be the reason for the rejection? can you please guide me? thanks, would appreciate your reply.
Hi thanks for this so do you have to find an item that ungated a CATERGORY and not just the brand when looking to unlock a category. As many products just say you need approval to sell from *brand* .. ‘we are not accepting application to sell … category’
