For those who only know from Shin Getter Robo Armaggedon , Emeperor machines appeared through the serie dozens of times on the manga as well as the former Emperor as well, not only in Armaggedon and New Getter (as well as New Getter is the only animated one where the Getter Emperor formed is show up while the acurated Emperor Machines only appeared on Armaggedon animated).
This thing in the manga is the most behemoth thing Getter Robo produce, as it said its the final evolution of the Getter Robo, original spawn from the combination of manga version of Shin Getter Robo after this one fuse with the mechasaur/andromeda colony mobile base , a chunk of the north pole, and finally exile itself in the planet Mars at the end of Getter Go, where it combines with the soil of the planet, for then dissapear on Arc . Each machine is roughly is the size of a small planet ... and combine form the Getter Emperor who is literally more bigger than the planet, to the point of destroy a bigger one in its way to combine. In Devolution, it shows to be even bigger than the Earth, amost at make the palm of the emperor the Size of a continent.
Also to those who ask .... this thing only appear not as a friend but as a foe or literally a thread to the entire universe, as Getter energy is evolution itself , and when it fuse with a colective mind of humanity and their greed to became Emperor, its only objective became the "universal domination". The only time the Emperor machine 1 was a friend, was on the PS game Getter Robo Daikaissen, where the Emperor Eagle is a ship they found strayed in a planet.
Yeah, in getter devolution, the getter robo is the fragment of the getter emperor too.
I remembered the end of the Getter movie when they showed the Getter sized starships...Damn!😁👌
Sweet plastic crack, that's got to be the most complex, fiddly, involved transforming toy I've ever seen. In universe it gets scary when you realize each of the Emperor Getters is the size of a planet.
Size of a planet? In its final form it steps on solar systems the way we step on rocks crossing a stream.

you couldnt even stop it if you wanted. you could only sit there and wait... unless you want to piss it off to the point it terminator metal-morphs into battle mode cause it can do that
I mean considering the fact that it causes the energy equivalent of a big bang in the process of transformation....they would just get distracted by the sheer force it produce to even do anything.
The transformation design is a complicated mess. Great looking robot though.
Because Getter Robo's combination never logical in the first place. It only meant for the manga and animation. This toy is only trying to make Getter Emperor looks as accurate as possible.

Getter Emperor doesn't have the deformation like any other Getter Robo. I doubt it has other forms.
I have the Sentinel Dino Getter and it had a loose hip joint straight outta the box just like someone at another channel who stated he had the same issue. Is this set re-engineered to avoid outta the box issues?

Magus Getter Emperor is the most powerful Getter Robo in existence. Literally rivaling Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann in terms of power. And it only bares one form.

Only 1. Studio Half-Eye had made an original Getter Robo that could change into any of the three robots. They called it the "Perfect Change" model. I thought it wasn't the greatest. Though it could change into any of the three getter robos, it didn't do a great job with any one of the getters, probably due to the complexity needed to achieve the change capability.

The design is cool but yes I too despise fiddly transformations that is in vogue now. In a couple years, many of those parts will end up being loose and limp.
