I just wanna say that most architects in the Philippines, mostly those young architects were unhumble and wanted to monopolize the construction designs. They even made propaganda that no client should consult engineers, rather just consult architects. I just think it is too dumb and idiotic idea. I mean, it must be a cooperation of those profession.
