Exactly! Too many unnecessary and weird objects are put in the name of interior design. That may be good for a hotel, but a home should be minimalistic and simple.

Amazing... Thankfully buifofy is featuring affordable designs too. All the previous projects I saw on this channel were so highly priced that I had started believing only extreme rich can afford modern spaces. Namma bengaluru architects are dam good...
It would've been great if you had included a walk through of the house... Shots from different angle doesn't sum up the whole feel very well... The 3d animated walk through that started at 5:47 should've gone all through. Or a steady cam video in a similar way... This applies to all your videos.
Couldn't agree more . At least someone with knowledge of cinematography spoke out words of wisdom , I hope @buildofy would take this comment seriously and we could see the improvement in next upload.
Excellent point. But I am assuming a problem they face would be a lot of these projects may come to @buildofy after the project is completed and the owners have moved in, at which time it would be difficult to get consent for a walkthrough. So they may have to work with the renderings and the photos and content shot by the architects and owners during the project, and immediately after. But now, @buildofy is a big deal and I am sure many people will be contacting them with their freshly completed projects. I think @buildofy should put together a proper movie-making team with its own signature technique.
I am a person who loves a lot of open space and air flow. This was a really well done project. Kudos to the team. Piece of advice for anyone constructing a house who is in their 50s. Please have a bedroom on the ground floor or have lift facility. Going forward it will be very difficult for elders to climb the stairs to reach the bedrooms.
This is beautiful. We need such videos, as most middle class families can afford only up to 2000 - 2500 sq ft of space in urban cities due to high real estate prices. Keep up the good work.
The real hero of this particular project is the tree. The decisions that were taken, like the light mural cloning the actual tree pattern, has actually breathed life into the construction process itself.
Seems like this guy really put his mind and energy to make it super success. I hope, he won't become like other so called architects who chase for money, just use off-the-shelf solutions and leave creativity behind.
Please provide a walk through for your videos so that it will be even more intuitive and easy to explore your beautiful designs. This one i must say is an architectural art piece.
Considering the price, the house is really well built...infact exceptional work by the Architect and the team. The only question that always pops in my mind while watching all the videos is, although the designs are aesthetically appealing, most of the times the désignés incorporate a lot of open jalis for the wall which bring in a lot of natural light, but do they consider the issues of rodents getting in the house? Plus, with such large windows, how secure are the houses?
Best one in recent times, awesome ideology for small garden place and sunlight though which is reflecting the glass mirror is mind blowing, best plan for 2000 sqft space with complete sunlight
Wow, excellent plan for great sun light and garden provision. Can you share the 2D and 3d plans of this house if possible. @Buildofy team please do share more of small project like these with in a range less than 3000 sft plot.
What 80lacs ??? Are you serious!!?? My aunt had wasted 1.4cr for her house and it is no where near competition to this house... Does this project cost includes all the flooring work, plastering work and all elevation works?? Please let know I have a friend who's looking for good architects..
Overall a great approach to meet up the requirements. Awesome! One confusion! Does this house has an open toilet? @6:50 mints. Does it not disturb privacy? Or does College team think about any future modification from neighbor side?
I know that, they had constructed till their boundary line, but can anyone from other side/angle or house disturb their Privacy? Have you consider that?
Hi, nice project!! Enggineously you did a great work. Also look forward for a suggestion about 20 by 60feet plot size villa plan. Could you please suggest some good aspect for same. Thank you
Can anyone help me understand why the plot area is less than the built up area? A lay man like me thinks that the Built up area is the one from where the actual house walls starts. Just googled and I think I've found the answer. The built up area is of 2 floors including the balcony which is why it's greater than plot area. Correct me if I am wrong?.
I see a lot of areas in this house where a baby can fall down. Otherwise, this is a fantastic house. The best one to be locked down inside for months, like during coronavirus.
My brother is also an architect.. he is from JJ...10 years of experience.. he is so weird and pothetic.. Ghantaaa wo kisi client ki sunta hai.. usko jaisa accha lagaa waisa hi banaayega.. sunegaa hi nahi.. bhaad me jaaye clients needs.. bhagwan hi bachaaye uske clients ..😄😄😄
Great design all over!! But it might have great if The hanging box floor could be just glass! So that ground would be clearly seen! But although great design!
first thing first nice project loved your work. And how to approach you guys i tried on website but their was some issue so. Looking forward to get in touch with you guys thank You
Impressive. Do you do project outside Bengaluru ? We are planing to build a house in one of our plots located in Punjab. So are you open for working in other cities. Also in your scope of work, do you include complete work such structural design , interior design .. Let me know on it.
Okay, i must say this is the architecture . No usage of unnecessary interior decorations and very well solved spaces to explore .
Loved it !

Thanks

Excellent work.

This was probably the best project in terms of design, space utility and budget.
It would've been great if you had included a walk through of the house... Shots from different angle doesn't sum up the whole feel very well...

"Limitations encourage creativity" - 101 thing i learnt in architecture school
Exterior-5/10, interior 15/10
Thus it became equal
This is brilliant. Such an unassuming house from the outer facade.... its another story on the inside
This is beautiful. We need such videos, as most middle class families can afford only up to 2000 - 2500 sq ft of space in urban cities due to high real estate prices. Keep up the good work.
Excellent! I loved it! After a long time I have got to see a quality project! 10 out of 10 in all respects from all angles!
What a master piece of planning and designing.
One of the best video.
Peace....
The way skylight is designed is remarkable! Keep it up 👍
Very well designed project. Good to see the resemblance of tropical living features into the project.
The real hero of this particular project is the tree. The decisions that were taken, like the light mural cloning the actual tree pattern, has actually breathed life into the construction process itself.
Very beautiful. No unnecessary glitz. Excellent facade
This is best interior designing i have ever seen on limited area
Great job Collage....excellent design for an affordable project...keep it going Builofy...more affordable projects..

Seems like this guy really put his mind and energy to make it super success. I hope, he won't become like other so called architects who chase for money, just use off-the-shelf solutions and leave creativity behind.

Waoo first ever seen an architect utilising space shadow openness and orientation with sustainable design
